UYO FIELD COUNCIL COMMISSIONS TACMOS MAIN ENTRANCE GATE

The Uyo Field Superintendent of The Apostolic Church Nigeria, Apostle Prof. I. N. George, yesterday, April 1, 2025, officially commissioned the main entrance gate of The Apostolic Church Model Schools (TACMOS), located at 40, Ntiedo Udosen Street, Uyo.

The commissioning took place shortly after the Uyo Field Council concluded a session of fasting and prayers, further reinforcing the spiritual foundation upon which the school stands. The event was witnessed by members of the Uyo Field Council, school officials, and pupils, marks another milestone in the Church’s commitment to fostering an environment of excellence in education and moral upbringing.

Speaking at the event, Apostle Prof. I. N. George emphasized the importance of building not just structures, but also lives, shaping young minds through quality education rooted in Christian values. He acknowledged the efforts of all those who contributed to the successful completion of the project, praying that it serves as a gateway to greater achievements for the school.

The ceremony concluded with prayers of dedication, reaffirming the vision of TACMOS as a place where wisdom is acquired with the fear of God.

It can be recalled that the vision of The Apostolic Church Model Schools (TACMOS) was birthed in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, through divine inspiration given to Apostle Prof. I. N. George. Despite the global uncertainty at the time, the project took shape as a testament to God’s faithfulness. The foundation stone of the school building was subsequently laid in 2021, setting the stage for what has now become a growing institution dedicated to academic and spiritual excellence.
