In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
In the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Now and forevermore, Amen.
Brethren, peace ooooooh!
The 2026 International ABAS Pilgrimage has come and gone, but the memories, lessons, fellowship, and blessings will remain with us for a long time.
Indeed, it was a successful, enriching, and deeply impactful experience.
The activity-packed day began with a visit to the Uyo Correctional Centre, where brethren shared gifts, prayers, encouragement, and compassion with inmates reminding us all that love, kindness, and hope should never have boundaries.
One remarkable addition to this year’s pilgrimage was the Health Check Exercise, thoughtfully carried out by young professionals in the medical field. Through blood pressure checks, blood sugar tests, malaria testing, HIV screening, and counseling, brethren were reminded that while spiritual growth is important, caring for our physical wellbeing is equally essential. It was inspiring to watch young professionals selflessly deploy their knowledge and expertise in service to humanity.
And then came the defining evening…
An unforgettable night that beautifully showcased the abundant creativity, intelligence, talents, and youthful excellence that define ABAS.
From Rivers State, Abia State, Abuja, Cross River State, and Akwa Ibom State, brethren gathered with one spirit and one purpose.
Truth be told, the night was so engaging that sleep almost became secondary.
From Frequently Asked Questions about Brotherhood, to Quartet presentations, Solo performances, Debates, Bible Drills, and Bethesda. Every moment reflected the depth, brilliance, and spiritual hunger of ABAS members.
It was not just a gathering; it was a beautiful reminder that ABAS is truly a fellowship where creativity meets intellectualism, purpose meets service, and youthful energy is channeled towards meaningful impact.
Above all, the Holy Father showered enormous blessings upon His children, renewing faith, strengthening fellowship, and reminding us once again of the beauty of unity in service.
To every state, every participant, every volunteer, every supporter, and every brother and sister who contributed to the success of this pilgrimage, thank you.
Thank you, Father!
