ALL IS SET FOR TACN UYO DISTRICT 2026 MEN'S WEEK/FATHERS' DAY CELEBRATION
...As Inter-Assembly Men Football Fiesta begins May 25

As the 2026 Men's Week/Fathers' Day Celebration gathers momentum, TACN Uyo District Men's Movement has rolled schedule of activities to mark this epochal converge of great men.

This year's theme: "Unspeakable Joy of Great Harvest," drawn from Psalms 126:5, clearly captures the spiritual awakening and strategic bountiful harvest that God has prepared for all the men, fathers and expected attendees of this great converge.

The leadership of Uyo District Men's Movement, led by the innovative and pragmatic Elder Iniobong Obot, together with the Central Planning Committee, CPC are hands-on to make this year's edition an unforgettable experience.

Activities lined up for this year's men's celebration include: Inter-Assembly Football Fiesta which begins on Monday, May 25, 2026, at Government Technical School, Ewet; Evening of Hymns scheduled for Friday, June 19, 2026; Road Walk/Fitness Exercise, Dinner and Award Night both of which holds on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 6:30am, and 5pm respectively, and culminating to the Grand Finale of fathers day celebration on Sunday, June 20, 2026.

The District Men's Secretary, Elder Nsikak Ita, and the Chairman Sports Committee, Bro. Aniefiok Obon, enjoin all Assembly Group Leaders to mobilize their members to feature actively in the football fiesta, which begins with a crunch cracker, as Uyo Assembly Men will lock horns against Udotung Ubo Assembly Men, on Monday, May 25, 2026, at Government Technical College, Ewet Offot, by 3pm, with great dignitaries expected to grace the football mundial.
