INTERNAL MEMORANDUM
Subject: A notice of readjustment of the forthcoming sing-song service schedule.
Attention: All members of the above named forum.
With respect to the previous sing-song service schedule for The Apostolic Church Choir, Ikot Akpan Inyang District, which was originally scheduled to hold on Sunday 18th July, 2021 and was later adjusted to Sunday 8th July, 2021 at The Apostolic Church Nigeria, Ikot Akpan Inyang District headquarters at 6:00PM, after the 9th general meeting of the forum held at World Wide Mission Church of Nigeria, Ikot Akpan Inyang District at 4:00OM, we write to respectfully notify you of the second official postponment of the later sing-song service schedule (Sunday 8th August, 2021).
Thoughtfully, the later sing-song service schedule (Sunday 8th August, 2021) has been decisively readjusted to Sunday 15th August, 2021 still at the previous venue and time.
These series of postponements are caused by coincidence/interference of events of the proposed host Church Choir and Nkwot community with the previous sing-song service schedules.
As we cannot synchronize, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these postponements might have or may cause you and also humbly request for your strict compliance or adherence to this current sing-song service schedule (Sunday 8th August, 2021), as we promise of no account or record of such series of postponements in subsequent months.
