MODESTY IS THE WILL OF GOD

Aunty!

God is very much concern about your Modesty in dressing, if not he would have allowed Adam and Eve to continue with the clothes they made for Themselves which didn't cover their nakedness.

Let’s look closely at this scripture.

Genesis 3:7 CEB:
Then they both saw clearly and knew that they were naked. So they sewed fig leaves together and made garments for themselves.

Here they saw that they naked and made clothes for themselves.

Genesis 3:10 CEB:
The man replied, “I heard your sound in the garden; I was afraid because I was naked, and I hid myself.”

Here they both ran away to hid themselves telling God because they were naked after they had made clothes for themselves o which means they clothes didn't cover their nakedness.

The Lord God made the man and his wife leather clothes and dressed them.

Here God saw that truly they were naked, he had to spend his time and made clothes out of animal skin that will cover their nakedness very well.

It's so sad today to see our ladies(even in the household of faith) going back the fig leaves God condemned because it couldn't cover them well.
