THE INTERCESSORY DIMENSION
OF PRIESTHOOD
"And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no INTERCESSOR..."
Isaiah 59:16
Intercession is a sustained prayer stretch with burden until danger and calamity is averted or a prophesy is birthed.
There has been so much mad rush for pulpit display in our time that we have been beclouded and neglected such a crucial assignment in the body of Christ - THE PRIESTHOOD ASSIGNMENT - INTERCESSION.
It is apparent that there are some in the body who should have no business with microphones or pulpits because they have been called and are saddled with the responsibility of midwifing and shaping things in God's scheme of things through intensified intercession.
For a lot to happen positively, a lot will depend on genuine intercessors.
The rise of genuine Intercessors, Apostles and Prophets equals The Rise of the Nation.
For revival, massive souls harvest and major breakthroughs to be available, be it in personal life, ministry and in a community, intercession must precede.
Intercession facilitates the move of God and activates manifestation of God's promises over a people or person...
It traps and converts prophecies to realities. It is a spiritual converter.
God plants burdens in the hearts of believers per time to intercede for a place, person's or a situation for heaven's intervention.
But the trouble starts here when this burden is being misconstrued to mean pulpit ministry, so out of ignorance, some folks who would have been shaking the heavens and realms and effecting drastic changes on earth via intercession have sadly aborted their assignment on the pulpit they have no business with.
Intercession has shaped nations, changed wicked laws and transformed the economy of nations.
NOTE that sometimes, those who claim to be in the intercessory ministry do not know how to sustain the burden till heaven responds hence they have ignorantly aborted/terminated the burden before heaven ever responded and so could not produce results.
