Standing Committee of the 23rd Annual Council Meeting of the Boys' Brigade Nigeria, Akwa Ibom State Council. Today 21st August,.2026 at Methodist Church Nigeria, Wesleyan Circuit, 46 Akpan Udo Ekpo Road, Ikot Abasi L.G.A.

The Standing Committee which was presided over by the State President Sir Esang Nsa Bassey (KJW) had in attendance; the State Vice President (Interdenominational Affairs)- Elder (Arc) Anietie Ukpanah JP, State Vice President (Finance) - Elder Ikpong Ntefre (ANTO), State Secretary Organizer - Elder Sunday Isemin Offiong (ANTO), Immediate past SSO Evang. Inyang Idiongette (ANTO), State Assist Secretary Organizers & other State Executive Council Members, Battalion Council Delegates and Advanced National Training Officers.

The Meeting progressed to full cycle with very useful deliberations.

PARTNERSHIP, CORDIALITY & ENCOURAGEMENT TO DENOMINATIONAL FELLOWSHIPS

The State Secretary Organizer Elder Sunday Isemin Offiong (ANTO) was Special Guest, leading the State Council delegation at the Opening Ceremony of the Qua Iboe Church Brigades' Fellowship Camp [Wed. 19.08.2026] at The Samuel Bill Theological College, Abak.

The Ceremonial Drill at the event was Reviewed by The Conference Chairman/General Superintendent of Qua Iboe Church, Rev. Ekpedeme M. Effanga who as Guest of Honour also marked his Valedictory Brigade outing as Grand Chaplain of the Denominational Fellowship.

The State Secretary Organizer in his Goodwill Message at the Occasion commended the efforts of the fellowship noting that the State Council and Denominational Fellowships are partners in the Brigade Ministry.
