Get ready for a powerful night in God's presence!

Fulga Fresh Fire Centre is excited to present an All Night Prayer Encounter themed "From Petition to Possession," drawn from 1 Samuel 1:17-20.
Just as Hannah moved from years of tearful petition to the joy of possessing her promise, this night is set to be a divine encounter for everyone believing God for a breakthrough, a turning point where prayers stop being mere requests and become testimonies in hand.

It promises to be an atmosphere charged with worship, deliverance, and answered prayers, as we minister together in prayer, praise, and the Word.

Whatever you have been petitioning heaven for, this is your night to press in and take hold of it by faith. Every seed of petition sown in faith will be watered, cultivated, and matured for a harvest of possession.

Don't miss this life-changing encounter!
Come expecting God to move in ways only He can. Invite your family, friends, and loved ones to join us for a night of unhindered worship and prevailing prayer.
This is more than a program. It's an appointment with destiny.

Come with expectation.
Your season of possession starts here!

THE WORD
‎BY MIN. SAMUEL ANTHONY
‎TOPIC: THE GOD WHO ANSWERS SPEEDILY.
‎Text; 1 John 5:14-15, Jeremiah 33:3

‎INTRODUCTION
‎God is a prayer-answering God. He does not ignore the cries of His people but responds according to His will and purpose. He is attentive to the petitions of the righteous and is always ready to intervene in their situations.
‎The God who answers speedily means, God intervening in any ugly circumstances swiftly to defend his Glory.

‎HINDRANCES TO SPEEDY ANSWERS:
‎- Unbelief and Doubt – A lack of faith hinders speedy answers to prayers (James 1:6-7).
‎- Unconfessed Sin – Sin creates a barrier between us and God (Isaiah 59:2).
‎- Wrong Motives – Prayers driven by selfish desires are not answered (James 4:3).
‎- Unforgivenness and Bitterness – Failing to forgive others can hinder prayers (Mark 11:25-26).

‎HOW TO RECEIVE SPEEDY ANSWERS TO YOUR PRAYERS
‎- To experience speedy answers, we must position ourselves properly before God.
‎-Pray with Faith and Expectation – Believe that God will answer (Mark 11:24).
‎-Pray with Thanksgiving – Gratitude paves the way for answered prayers (Philippians 4:6).
‎- Pray in the Name of Jesus – The name of Jesus grants us access to the Father (John 14:13-14).
- Pray in the Spirit – The Holy Spirit helps us pray effectively (Romans 8:26-27).

‎SUMNARY
‎The God who answers speedily is not limited by time, delay, or opposition. He hears the cries of His people, rises to defend them, and intervenes suddenly when the appointed time comes. Speed in God does not mean haste; it means accuracy, completeness, and power.

SUNDAY SERVICE

EMPOWERMENT CLASS
BY MIN. EMMANUEL EDET
‎Topic: The Fear of God as the Basis of Ethical Living

‎Anchor Scriptures:
‎Proverbs 1:7 – "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge..."

‎Ecclesiastes 12:13 – "Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man."

‎Aim:
‎To help believers understand that genuine Christian ethics begin with a reverential fear of God, leading to a life of holiness, integrity, obedience, and wisdom.

‎Introduction:
‎The fear of God is not living in terror of Him, but having a deep reverence, honor, and respect for His holiness, authority, and Word. A person who fears God seeks to please Him in every area of life, whether in public or in private. Ethical living is not merely about following rules but about living in obedience to God because we love and honor Him.

‎What Is the Fear of God?
‎The fear of God is:
· ‎Reverence and awe for God's majesty (Hebrews 12:28–29).
· ‎Respect for His authority and commandments (Deuteronomy 10:12–13).
· ‎A hatred for sin and evil (Proverbs 8:13).
· ‎A commitment to obey God wholeheartedly (Psalm 128:1).

‎How does the Fear of God Shapes Ethical Living?
‎1) It Produces Holiness.
‎Believers who fear God avoid sin and pursue righteousness.
‎(2 Corinthians 7:1; 1 Peter 1:15–16)

‎2) It Promotes Integrity.
‎The fear of God encourages honesty, faithfulness, and truthfulness.
‎(Proverbs 10:9; Psalm 25:21).

‎3) It Leads to Wise Decisions.
‎Reverence for God guides our choices and keeps us from destructive paths.
‎(Proverbs 9:10).

‎4) It Encourages Obedience.
‎Those who fear God gladly obey His commands.
‎(Deuteronomy 10:12–13; John 14:15).

‎5) It Strengthens Our Witness.
‎Ethical living reflects Christ and draws others to Him.
‎(Matthew 5:16; Philippians 2:15).

‎Benefits of Fearing God
· ‎Divine protection (Psalm 34:7).
· ‎God's favor and mercy (Psalm 103:11–13, 17).
· ‎Long life and blessings (Proverbs 10:27).
· ‎Wisdom and understanding (Psalm 111:10).
· ‎Confidence and security (Proverbs 14:26–27).

‎Practical Ways to Develop the Fear of God:
· ‎Study and obey God's Word daily (Joshua 1:8).
· ‎Maintain a consistent prayer life.
· ‎Live in repentance and humility.
· ‎Surround yourself with godly influences.
· ‎Depend on the Holy Spirit for strength to obey.

‎Conclusion:
‎The fear of God is the foundation of ethical living. When believers honor God above all else, they naturally reflect His character in their speech, conduct, relationships, and service. A church filled with people who fear God will be marked by holiness, integrity, unity, and a powerful witness to the world.

SUNDAY SCHOOL LESSON
BY MIN. EMMANUEL EDET
TOPIC: FAITH ESTABLISHED THAT ENFORCES "FEAR NOT"
TEXT:* Isaiah 41:10; Psalm 91:4–8

MEMORY VERSE:* Psalm 23:4 - "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff, they comfort me."
CENTRAL TRUTH: The awareness of God's presence is the cure for every fear.
AIM: To teach believers that the command "Fear Not" establishes faith that confidently declares: "God is with me, in me, around me, and for me."

INTRODUCTION
Review the week's devotional lessons.
Fear is one of the enemy's strongest weapons. It seeks to weaken faith, distort reality, and discourage believers. However, Christians operate from a higher consciousness—the awareness of God's abiding presence.
When God says, "Fear not," it is more than a word of encouragement; it is a revelation of His protection, ownership, and unfailing presence.

MAIN POINTS OF THE TEXT
Isaiah 41:10
- Fear not, for God is with you.
- He will strengthen, help, and uphold you with His righteous right hand.
- God's presence guarantees His support in every situation. Psalm 91:4–8
- God's covering protects you from hidden dangers and unseen attacks.
- Picture yourself safely sheltered under His wings.
- His faithfulness—not your performance—is your shield and defence.
- God's watchful care breaks the power of fear over your life.
- Fear does not have the final word; God does.
- Even when others stumble, God's protection remains upon His children.

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
1. "Fear not" is a revelation of God's backing. What does that mean to me?
- God is WITH me — I am never alone in life's battles.
- God is IN me — I carry His life, power, and authority.
- God is FOR me — He is working all things together for my good.
- God is AROUND me — I enjoy His protection and divine security.

2. Why does God tell us to "Fear not"?
- Fear loses its grip when revelation increases.
- God's presence is constant, not seasonal.
- Whether in uncertainty, opposition, or transition, His indwelling Spirit guarantees victory.
- When you become conscious of God's presence within you, intimidation bows, anxiety fades, and courage rises.

3. What practical steps help faith enforce "Fear Not"?
- Develop an Awareness of God's Presence*
- Remind yourself daily that God is with you.
- Speak it, think it, and live in that reality.
- Speak Faith-Filled Words*
- Your words influence your mindset and strengthen your faith.
- Continually declare God's promises over your life.
- Walk in Righteousness and Obedience
- Divine protection flourishes in a life surrendered to God's will.
- Obedience strengthens your fellowship with God.
- Engage the Word and Prayer
- God's Word builds your inner confidence and spiritual strength.
- Prayer deepens your awareness of His presence.

Faith established in God enables you to declare:
- Fear is powerless where God's presence reigns.
- I am not vulnerable; I am covered.
- I am not alone; I am indwelt by the Holy Spirit.
- I am not disadvantaged; God is actively working on my behalf.

SUMMARY
Because you carry God's presence, walk in boldness, confidence, safety, and victory. The God who is with you will never leave you nor forsake you.

INTRODUCTION
The blessing of God comes unto man to draw him nearer to God, not to send man away from the presence of God.
Jabez was born under difficult circumstances. His mother named him Jabez, which means "pain" or because she said, "I gave birth to him in pain." Instead of allowing his past or his name to define him, Jabez turned to God in prayer.

NOTE:
1. Even with his difficult beginning, he went to God first in prayers.
2. He didn't compromise his faith.

What does the Prayer of Jabez imply?
1. The prayer that triggers the intervention of God.
2. The kind of prayer that initiates change.
3. The kind of prayer that triggers the release of the hand of God.
4. The kind of prayer that commands speedy divine attention.
5. The kind of prayer that terminates long standing affliction and negativity.
6. The kind of prayer that brings timely answers.

What is Prayer?
Prayer is the submission of will, wish, thought, to God for correction, exchange and approval. It is a call unto God for speedy intervention.

N/B: The place of prayer is the place of possibilities. It takes the right kind of prayer to attract answers. Prayer changes things and changes men.
Prayer grants one steady access into the voice of God.

What kind of prayer does God answer?
1. The prayer of the grateful and the praiseful (Psalm 100:4, John 11)
2. The prayer of the upright
3. The prayer of faith. (James 5:15)
4. The prayer of His servant.
5. The prayer of the obedient
6. The prayer with specifics.
