God has never run out of ways to help His children.

From ravens feeding Elijah to the many ways God provides help today, yesterday's Bible Study reminded us that when a channel closes, the Source remains unchanged.

We learnt, we asked questions, we received answers, and most importantly, we were reminded to trust the God who sends help in ways we may never expect.

Good people. Good moments. A good God.

Sometimes, you simply leave church grateful for the reminder that help is never far away.

Two Sundays later, and these moments still deserve another look.

There was something special about that Sunday. The Word, the worship, the laughter, the fellowship, and those little moments that made the whole day feel like home.

Sometimes, the service ends, but the joy stays with you.

So hereā€™s a little reminder of a beautiful Sunday we shared together.

Relive the moments with us, and we'll see you in church again this Sunday.

What makes us dance so freely when life itself is not always easy?

Sometimes, we think the joy in our praise comes from the music.

The keyboard.
The drums.
The beautiful voices of the choir.
The melodies that make the atmosphere feel almost too beautiful to leave.

And yes, we are grateful for every instrument and every voice that helps us express our worship.

But our dance does not begin there.

It comes from somewhere deeper.

It comes from a heart that knows where to look when life gets difficult. A heart that has learned that help does not always come from the places we naturally expect it to.

David said:

ā€œI will lift up my eyes to the hillsā€”From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.ā€
ā€” Psalm 121:1ā€“2

That is the heart behind our praise.

We look up.

Not to our jobs.
Not to our connections.
Not even to the people we love, as wonderful as they may be.

And certainly not back to Egypt.

We look to God.

Because we know that the God we are looking to for help is not reluctant to help us. He sees us. He hears us. He knows what we need even before we find the words to ask.

So how do you expect me to stand still when I know where my help comes from?

How do you expect me not to dance when I know that the One who holds heaven and earth is also interested in my little corner of the world?

This is why I praise.

This is why I dance.

This is why my joy cannot be restrained.

My praise is the sound of a heart that knows where its help comes from.
