When was the last time you sat with the word of God without your phone stealing your attention every few minutes?

Here is something we do not talk about enough. The word of God is sharper than any two edged sword. It is alive. It is powerful. It can pierce through the deepest parts of a human heart and rearrange everything it finds there. But here is the problem. That same heart is sitting in a service with a phone in its hand, one notification away from losing everything God was trying to say.

Meditation is not passive. It is the intentional act of letting the word sink so deep that nothing can shake it loose. And you cannot meditate on what you never fully received in the first place.

This Sunday we are doing something about that. We are going back to basics. No scrolling. No switching between tabs. No distractions. Just you, your physical Bible and the word of God getting the full attention it deserves.

Bring your hard copy Bible this Sunday and come ready to receive without interruption.

“And said, Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 18:3

Maybe that is why God speaks so highly of children. Their trust, purity, wonder, and dependence reflect the kind of heart heaven responds to.

So technically… all of us are still children learning to follow our Father daily 😊

What comes to your mind when you hear the word future?

For some, the future is a dream. For others, it is a plan, a hope, or a destination waiting somewhere ahead. But today, as we celebrate Children's Day, the future feels a little less distant.

At Victory Chapel, we do not just talk about the future. We see it in the bright eyes, joyful laughter, growing faith, and limitless potential of these children. They are the future of our church, our communities, and our world.

Today, we celebrate them, cherish them, and pray for them.

May God preserve them, guide their steps, fill their hearts with wisdom, and raise them to become everything He has called them to be. May their future be bright, their faith unwavering, and their lives a testimony of His grace.

Happy Children's Day to our precious stars.

Have you ever stopped to wonder how something so small can sound this powerful?

The Victory Chapel Main Campus Classical Choir just started, yet every time they lift their voices, there is something undeniably angelic about it. No big stage, no long history, just hearts willing to serve and voices surrendered in worship. And somehow, it sounds like heaven is closer than we think.

Maybe we have not given them enough credit yet. Small beginnings, but a sound that carries depth, beauty, and presence in ways words cannot fully explain.

If you have heard them, you already know. And if you haven’t, you are missing something special.

Take a moment to appreciate them, and if your heart is stirred, there is always room to be part of what God is building here at Victory Chapel.

The whole service feels incomplete without these moments.

The laughter that follows, the conversations that linger, the way everyone naturally connects beyond the service itself. It is in these shared moments that bond becomes family, and presence becomes unity. Even the way we carry ourselves speaks of something intentional and beautiful.

Don’t miss these moments for anything.

Something happens the moment worship begins… most people miss it.

It is not just songs or sounds filling a room. It is the quiet shift where hearts soften, burdens loosen, and surrender becomes the only fitting response.

Yesterday’s worship reminded us again that discipleship is not about holding on, but yielding all to God.

This is why we are victorious at Victory Chapel. Not because we strive harder, but because we surrender deeper.

Don’t miss another Sunday. There is always more in His presence when we gather to worship and follow Jesus together.

Everyone agreed the person had every right to be angry.

What happened next was the problem.

In a matter of seconds, a simple mistake became an argument. An argument became insults. Insults became actions that only made the situation worse. What could have ended with understanding became a moment of regret.

The interesting thing is that most of us read stories like this and immediately focus on what was done to the person.

But God often pays attention to something deeper: our response.

Anyone can be calm when life is comfortable. Anyone can be kind when people are kind to them. But pressure has a way of revealing what is truly within us.

That is why godly character is not merely about attending church, knowing scripture, or appearing spiritual. It is about becoming like Christ. It is choosing patience when anger feels justified. It is choosing grace when retaliation seems easier. It is allowing our responses to reflect Jesus, even when our emotions are pulling us in another direction.

Spiritual maturity is not measured by what happens to us. It is often revealed by how we respond when it does.

Today, in our Sunday School, we discussed Godly Character—what it means to reflect Christ not only in our words and actions, but also in our attitudes and responses when life puts us under pressure.
