FAREWELL
Today, my heart is full—full of gratitude, memories, and quiet emotion. Four years ago, I accepted this responsibility with faith and hope, not fully knowing what the journey would demand. Today, I am here humbled by all that this season has given me.
We walked this path together. We prayed together. We faced challenges that tested our strength and moments that stretched our patience—but also moments that strengthened our faith and bonded us as one family. In those times, I saw selfless service, loyalty, and love for the Apostolate in its truest form.
This role shaped me. It taught me humility, perseverance, forgiveness, and trust in God. Every meeting, every programme, every sacrifice—none of it was in vain. If there were times I fell short, I ask for understanding, knowing that every decision was guided by a sincere desire to serve well.
To my fellow leaders and members: thank you for believing in me, for standing with me, and for carrying this vision with your time, energy, and prayers. To our chaplain and Patrons, thank you for spiritual guidance that kept us grounded when the road felt uncertain.
As I step aside, I do so with mixed emotions—gratitude for the past, and hope for the future. I leave with peace, knowing that what we built together will continue to grow in grace and purpose. Leadership may end, but love, service, and commitment do not.
This is not an ending, but a thanksgiving. I remain one of you—always praying, always supporting, always grateful.
And as Scripture reminds us:
“Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labour in the Lord is not in vain.”
(1 Corinthians 15:58)
