ASSEMBLY YOUTH RALLY (MAY EDITION)
THEME: IDENTITY BEFORE INFLUENCE
TEXT: Jeremiah 1:5

When believers become confident in their identity in Christ, they become spiritually strong and difficult for the devil to manipulate. It highlights several ways Satan attacks a believer’s identity and destiny in Christ, including lies and negative thoughts, as seen in the story of Eve and the serpent in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:1–5), comparison with others which makes believers feel unworthy and inferior (2 Corinthians 10:12), peer pressure and worldly influence that lead people away from God, as happened with the Israelites who copied surrounding nations and fell into idolatry and immorality, and finally through failures and mistakes which can weaken a believer’s confidence and faith.

ASSEMBLY YOUTH RALLY (MAY EDITION)
THEME: IDENTITY BEFORE INFLUENCE
TEXT: Jeremiah 1:5

A believer who understands their identity in Christ becomes spiritually strong, confident, and difficult for the devil to manipulate. Because of this, Satan constantly attacks the identity and destiny of believers through lies, negative thoughts, and deception. Just as the serpent deceived Eve in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:1–5), the enemy causes people to doubt God’s word and question their worth. Another strategy is comparison, where believers begin to feel inferior or unworthy by measuring themselves against others instead of embracing God’s unique purpose for their lives.

The devil also attacks through peer pressure and worldly influence by using wrong friendships and ungodly environments to pull believers away from God. The Israelites often abandoned God because they followed the sinful practices of surrounding nations, including idolatry and immorality. In addition, Satan uses failures and mistakes to make believers feel condemned and hopeless. However, Christians must remain grounded in God’s Word, knowing that their true identity and victory are found in Christ alone.

DIVINE SUNDAY SERVICE
There are moments words cannot fully explain… and today’s Divine Sunday Service was one of them.
From the sound of worship to the atmosphere of prayer, heaven touched earth in a remarkable way. Every song carried healing, every prayer released hope, and every word spoken ignited fresh fire in our hearts.
Tears were wiped away, burdens were lifted, and souls encountered the unfailing love of God. It was more than a service — it was a divine visitation.
When God steps into a gathering, lives can never remain the same. Today, we experienced His mercy, His power, His peace, and His overwhelming presence.
May the fire from today’s encounter continue to burn in our hearts throughout the week. All glory belongs to Jesus forever.
