SUNDAY SERVICE

Ministering
Snr. Pst. Emem Jacob

Topic:
Living in the Reality of God's Abundance.

In John chapter 10, verse 10, we see that the devil intends to kill visions, peace, joy, faith, and things that would connect you with God's nature. But Christ came to give us abundant life, and God is abundant in nature.

In Genesis chapter 1, verses 26-28, we see that God has given man the capacity to multiply. He declared fruitfulness and abundance in the seeds. He has structured the system for us to have abundance. There is a sowing season, a harvest season, and principles governing sowing and harvest. Although God placed abundance in the seeds, we must do the sowing.

Those who are of faith are descendants of Abraham and are blessed (Galatians 3:5-6, Galatians 3:29). When we have faith in Christ, who embodies abundance, we carry abundance. We were not just slaves but bondslaves to sin, and Satan was the master, but Christ came and redeemed us.

For us to live in abundance, we need to recognise the source of abundance - Christ. God gave us abundance through the nature of His Son, and we must believe in Him. Matthew 11:28

In 2 Corinthians chapter 9, verses 6 to 7, we see that he who sows sparingly will reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will reap bountifully. As cheerful sowers, you will not lack; trust that your seed will multiply into abundance.

Many of us are in poverty because we do not realise the potential God has deposited within us, just as the wife of the prophet did not recognise the value of the oil in her house. God did not bless us to be mere containers but channels. 2 Kings 4:1-7

When God reveals a secret to us for sustenance, it is wise not to share it immediately but to work on it and see results before sharing it with others.

One principle of wealth is saving some because there will be times when money flows and times when it flies out.

The more we depend on the nature of Jesus, the more we speak by faith. In Genesis chapter 26, Isaac was in a strange land with famine, and God told him not to leave but to stay, and he would prosper. Isaac obeyed God, and he prospered. Even when he dug wells and found them covered by enemies, at a certain point, the well he dug became a spring that was not covered. Locate your well. Even if the enemy closes it, keep digging; eventually, you will find a spring that cannot be covered (Genesis 26: 19 -22).

‎Topic:
‎Streams of Capital God gives to man to make wealth

‎R/passage
‎1 Chronicles 29:10-12, 2 kings 6

‎INTRODUCTION
‎* God will not give his capital to a heart He has not tried because it can become a source of destruction if the heart is not right.
‎* God is the head of all kingdoms of this world.
‎* Riches and Honor are in God's hands; it is in God's hands to make a man great and strong.

‎The Four Streams of Capital given by God to man
1. ‎ Relationships
‎Men and Relationships is the most important and first capital to make wealth

2. ‎ Spiritual Gifts and Talents
‎There's no man created by God without a deposit of talent.
‎They are given by God's volition for profit withal in the body of Christ.

3. ‎Treasure Exchange Capacity (Ability to exchange value)
‎It is not enough to know how important a treasure is; rather, one must know how to exchange it without settling for nothing or peanuts.
‎2 Kings 6, Gen 41, I Samuel 1:11
‎You must be careful about what you exchange, and that for which you exchange it.

4. ‎ Innovation and creativity
‎90% of believers are living under-average life because we are not innovative
‎There is a creative ability in the life of every believer.

‎PRAYER POINTS
‎* No deposit of God's Grace and treasures will ever die in my hands
‎*God deliver me from erroneous exchange
‎*Lord I receive the spirit of wisdom to be creative and innovative and also maximize every stream if Capital
‎*Oh God cause me to be a good exchanger of wealth
‎*Lord give me the staying grace, I will not faint neither I will give up.
