Topic: I will live in the house of the Lord forever.
Text: Psalm 27: 4 - 6.
v. 4.....one thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.
*It is good to dwell in the house of the Lord, for there's joy, peace and unity. Just as David said in the Psalms. "I was glad when they said unto me, let us go to the house of the Lord". We as Children of God should be happy and have the need to dwell in the house of the Lord.
*Hebrews 12: 22-24
But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. (NIV).
*Isaiah 25:6
On this mountain the Lord Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine— the best of meats and the finest of wines. (NIV)
