David wrote his most powerful psalms while running for his life.
Not after.
While. Psalm 23 was not written from a palace. "Even though I walk through the darkest valley
" He was in the valley when he wrote it. Psalm 27: "Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear."
The army was real.
The fear was real.
The worship was realer.
David had a gift most of us are still learning:
He could hold pain in one hand and praise in the other at the same time.
He didn't wait until the situation resolved.

4. Feed your faith daily (Romans 10:17)
5. Obey immediately (James 1:22)
6. Celebrate small wins (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
7. Remember your why (Hebrews 12:2)

S*X LIFE IN THE LIFE OF THE YOUTH

Youth Impact Conference 2026
Text: 1 Corinthians 6:18-20; 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5; Hebrews 13:4

INTRODUCTION

God created s*x. It is not dirty or evil. But like every good thing God created, s*x has a context — and that context is marriage. The problem is not s*x. The problem is s*x outside of God's plan.

GOD'S DESIGN FOR S*X
- S*x was created by God for marriage (Genesis 2:24-25)
- S*x within marriage is honourable (Hebrews 13:4)

THE TRUTH ABOUT S*X OUTSIDE MARRIAGE
- God says FLEE from fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18)
- It creates ungodly soul ties (Genesis 34:3)
- It opens doors to spiritual attacks (Proverbs 5:3-5)
- It brings shame and regret (Proverbs 6:32-33)
- It can destroy your future (2 Samuel 13:15)

WHY YOUNG PEOPLE FALL
- Peer pressure, social media, emotional emptiness, lack of self-control, wrong relationships, ignorance

HOW TO STAY PURE
1. Know your identity — your body is God's temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
2. Set boundaries (Proverbs 4:23)
3. Flee — not fight (2 Timothy 2:22; Genesis 39:12)
4. Guard what you watch and listen to (Psalm 101:3)
5. Stay accountable (Proverbs 27:17)
6. Fill yourself with the Word (Psalm 119:9, 11)
7. Pray for grace (Hebrews 4:16)

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY FALLEN
- God's mercy is available. You are not disqualified. Repent, receive forgiveness, break soul ties, and start fresh. (1 John 1:9; John 8:11)

CLOSING: Your body is valuable. Your purity is precious. Your future is worth protecting. Choose God's way!

David was hunted by the very king he was destined to replace.
The thing trying to destroy you may be the very thing your purpose is designed to succeed.
Saul spent years hunting a shepherd boy in a wilderness, not because David had done anything wrong but because something in David's life made Saul's spirit restless.
Saul could sense what the palace couldn't see yet. That David was not a competition.
He was a replacement.
And here is the pattern that keeps repeating across Scripture.

You were chosen long before anyone could tell by looking at you. That gap between the choosing and the crowning is not a mistake. It is the making. David didn't go from shepherd to throne overnight. Between the oil poured over his head and the crown placed on it, there were lions. There were giants. There were years of running from a king who wanted him dead. There was the wilderness. And God didn't skip it.

What looks impossible to you is never impossible for Jesus.

It Another prayer walk today morning.

When Jesus stood before Lazarus' tomb, death didn't have the final word. The place of grŕief became a testimony of God's power and glory.

If something in your life feels hopeless, don't give up.

1]Jesus brings life where others only see the end.

2]Nothing is beyond God power to restore in my life.
