𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧
𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗠𝗘: 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞 2026

Anchor Scripture:
“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Book of Proverbs 4:23 (KJV)

Valentine’s Day speaks loudly about love, relationships, and emotions. But as believers, God is asking something deeper:
“How is your heart?”

Before entering a relationship, pursuing marriage, or making emotional commitments, you must first examine your heart before God.

1️⃣ 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀

“Man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7

As youths, it’s easy to focus on:
✓Physical attraction
✓Social media validation
✓Relationship goals
✓Peer pressure
But God checks:
✓Your motives
✓Your purity
✓Your intentions
✓Your spiritual condition

You can look good outside and still be broken inside.

Valentine is a season to examine, not just to celebrate.

2️⃣ 𝙂𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙀𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Book of Proverbs 4:23 (NIV)

Youth is the season of strong emotions. But feelings are not always facts.

Not every:
✓Attraction is destiny
✓Attention is affection
✓Proposal is purpose
✓Chemistry is compatibility

When you don’t guard your heart:
✓You fall easily
✓You get hurt deeply
✓You compromise quickly
A guarded heart is a guided life.

3️⃣ 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩

“Love is patient, love is kind… it does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking.” First Epistle to the Corinthians 13:4–5

Real love:
✓Does not pressure you into sin
✓Does not rush you into immorality
✓Does not manipulate you emotionally
✓Does not pull you away from God

Also remember:
“Flee youthful lusts…”
Second Epistle to Timothy 2:22

If a relationship weakens your prayer life, steals your peace, or reduces your spiritual fire, it is not from God.

4️⃣ 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨

“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” Book of Psalms 51:10

As youths, ask yourself:
✓Is there lust hiding in my heart?
✓Am I addicted to attention?
✓Am I seeking validation from people instead of God?
✓Am I carrying past emotional wounds?
✓Unhealed hearts attract unhealthy relationships.

5️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son…” Gospel of John 3:16

Before you say “I love you” to someone, make sure you understand God’s love for you.
✓When you know:
✓You are chosen
✓You are valued
✓You are redeemed
You won’t settle for less than God’s best.

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸
𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳:
✓Does this relationship draw me closer to Christ?
✓Can I boldly involve my spiritual mentors in this relationship?
✓Am I emotionally disciplined?
If Jesus returns today, will I be proud of my choices?
✓Is my heart prepared for purpose before pleasure?

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲
Before you look for someone to love you
Make sure your heart is right before God.
Because when the heart is right,
Your love life, your destiny, and your future will be right.

WHY MEN ALWAYS ASK YOU FOR S*X

I want to change some ladies' mindset today. You see, men are not dogs. Not all of them are mad. They are not all s*x maniacs that once they see you, they descend on you and finish up before you could open your mouth and say no. Not all the men on the street wants to get into your pants. I'm going to be real and down to earth with this article.

The way some ladies complain men are always asking them for s*x really baffles me. Why s*x, why not marriage proposal? Why do men always want to sleep with you? Why is it that every single guy who asks you out is always hitting you for s*x? Why won't they marry you unless they have a taste of the forbidden fruit? What is the problem because this is a big problem! It is not something to be proud of, if all what men see about you is your body and nothing more. It is a cause for alarm!

CHECK YOUR DRESSING: A female's body means nothing to her. You are used to seeing your breasts and every soft body part all your life. It doesn't mean a thing to you but to guys it means the universe! Men are moved by sight. Wearing armless (exposing your shaved armpit and upper arm) can turn a man on talkless of the low neckline exposing the cleavage of your breasts.

Tight trousers, tights (panty hose) which shows the shape of your buttock, mini and micro mini skirts exposing your thigh all can make a man go wild! Better face reality now and mind the way you dress. Some ladies say it doesn't matter. Men should be able to control themselves. They are entitled to what they wear. Then you should be able to control yourself when they start asking you for s*x and not come here lamenting all men are dogs!

It's possible for any man to ask for s*x in a relationship, but is left for you as a lady to know that s*x, can't keep him..(S*x isn't enough)

There are two major factors ladies complain about s*x in a relationship:
√ After giving him my body he left me..
√ He left because I refused to have s*x with him..
