Philippians 3:12 (KJV)

“Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus”.

In the opening scripture the Apostle Paul wrote his personal principle in life which was necessary in order for him to fulfill his divine destiny in Christ.

The phrase “I follow after”, used in the opening verse is gotten from the Greek word “DIOKO” which means “to press on, to pursue after, to run swiftly in order to catch, to seek after eagerly or earnestly endeavor to acquire”. So, Paul was saying, “even though I may have achieved a thing or two, I however have decided to press on because I know what my destiny in Christ is, and I know I have not attained all of it yet”. Wow!

Beloved, we must like the Apostle Paul cultivate the same attitude and mentality in life and destiny. No matter how much you may have achieved, or how many challenges you may have faced. You must decide to press on. Never give up or retire.

Remember our Lord Jesus Christ. Hebrews 12:2-3 “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds”.

‎Today we continued the teaching on how to increase Grace and our man of God has delved in how we can increase in Grace; Humility must become our lifestyle if we want to live in Grace!!!

‎📌 Everyone who comes into Christ has a destiny in Christ.
‎
‎📌Even if God has said you will be full of grace and truth, you need to grow.
‎
‎A📌Knowledge leads to liberty, it brings you into freedom.
‎
‎📌Pride is destructive, it ruins your life.
‎
‎📌Two subtle manifestations of pride that people aren’t aware of:
‎*Entitlement Mentality
‎*Anger
‎
‎📌By being proud, you can corrupt your soul.
‎
‎📌Don’t be poor, if not, the vision God has given you will die. “The Lord is my Source; My exceeding great supply.”
‎
‎📌Ungratefulness Is a manifestation of pride.
‎
‎📌It takes bravery to tell a proud man that he is proud.
‎
‎📌It doesn’t matter your accomplishments; True greatness is in humility.

‎Philippians 3:2-3 (KJV)

‎”Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision. For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh”.

‎
‎In the opening scripture, the Apostle Paul warned the Philippian church about a group of people that he described as “dogs”. Then he called them evil workers or mischief makers. Remember that he wasn’t talking about outsiders, he was referring to people who had now gained access to the church congregation. And if it was true then, it is true now also.
‎
‎There are people in the church today, some even leaders or pastors that are described as dogs and mischief makers. They are predatory in nature; they bark at and even bite the flock. They are full of the outward show of the Christian life but on the inside their true nature is that of a wolf.

‎ GIVING
‎📌Don’t be part of the people who destroy the society and vandalize things.
‎
‎📌The house of God should be where you take your vectors solid enough to guarantee your future and success.
‎
‎ HUMILITY
‎📌There’s something about the humble that God cannot resist.
‎
‎📌God gives more grace to the humble.
‎
‎📌Choose to humble yourself. Humility is a choice.
‎When man is at his best, he is proud.
‎
‎📌You are not promoted by your own strength, power or ability, but by the Lord.
‎
‎📌Humility is from the heart. Humility is a thing of the heart. You must learn to be humble.
‎
‎📌Foolishness is not humility.
‎
‎📌Your choice to act in pride is a revelation of who you are. It says more about you than the other person.
‎
‎📌You don’t pay back pride for pride.
‎Whatever the word of God says you should do, do it. Act rightly.
‎
‎📌The number one thing that God wants is a broken heart and a contrite spirit. (A heart that God can use.)
‎
‎📌If you don’t humble yourself before the Lord, God will allow life to humble you and it’s usually a painful experience.
