Today’s message is titled: Environment.
Text: Mark 4:8
“And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred.”
The good soil from this Scripture represents a good heart—a receptive heart.
Luke 8:15
“But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.”
I want to translate that heart, as described by the Master, into environment.
I have observed over the years that a man’s environment—the place where he was raised, where he works, and where he develops his career or vocation—plays a significant role in the life of every individual.
Environment is life.
The people you meet daily,
the people you see daily,
and the people you interact with daily
will definitely shape your life, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviour.
You see, all these will affect what you invest in and what you become interested in.
A man’s environment has a lot to do with the outcome of his life.
Many average people are leveraging good environments and doing great things, while many excellent people are struggling because they are in the wrong environment.
The good seed—ideas—when planted in a good environment, where people with great vision and purpose can recognize what is inside of you—the soil—can bring forth abundance: some in millions, some in billions, and some in multi-billions.
Nobody can tell me otherwise: location will forever affect allocation.
Location = Environment.
Allocation = Wealth.
May the Lord order your steps into the best environment for your lives, even now, in Jesus triumphant name. Amen.
