THE PRICE OF SUCCESS

The other day I was just walking down to my office I saw a man pushing a sand in a barrow for someone that's old enough to be his last child. I walked close to him and asked him...sir how are you ...he replied fine. Then I continued I said pls how much did you bargained with this man to push this
sand for him? He said 2k..just 2k to convey a trip of sand to another location? He said yes. I asked him.. Do you have children he said no...i said why? He said that he didn't marry... Why? He couldn't continue the conversation. I gave him 5k and tell him to leave the work immediately and go home. I gave him my phone number to call me if he decides on what to do with his life then I will champion it for him.

There is a price to pay if you really want to succeed in life. Don't be mocked whatever a man sow that's what he will reap. If you fail to pay today tomorrow must come for it. I figured out from this very man that he wasted his youthful age in foolishness and mismanagement.

Stop watching TV and movies all day long. Stop chatting on facebook and what's app and following people up and down on facebook and instagram and twitter. Playing around and sleeping away your time and destiny. Waiting for someone that will give you money for survival.

My dear, the world have changed and still changing you got to get up and work your way up. Blaze your own trail and make a difference because a time will come when you will not have the strength to do it anymore. Success is not like restaurant where you will eat and enjoy before you pay but like a cafeteria where you pay first before eating.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF SUCCESS ?

1. DISCOVER YOUR PURPOSE AND PURSUE IT.
2. BE CONSISTENT IN WHATEVER YOU DO.
3. WORK HARD UNRESERVEDLY.
4. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND GOD.
5. BE DISCIPLINED ENOUGH TO PRACTICE DELAY GRATIFICATION.
6. SET GOALS AND BE DISCIPLINED ENOUGH TO FOLLOW THROUGH UNTIL YOU ACCOMPLISHED THEM.
7. MANAGE YOUR RESOURCES PROPERLY
8. HAVE INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.

MANAGE YOUR EMOTION
PART 2.

When it comes to romance everybody feels the same. Dating or courtship is the platform to express love and build trust, but most times things go wrong which leads to separation and bridge of trust and love.

If you really want to build a lasting relationship with your spouse you have to learn how to master and manage your emotions. most times things go wrong and misunderstanding may come up which may lead to divorce or something else but you got to manage your emotions properly so as not to mess up your relationship. This maybe Anger or bitterness or Unforgiveness. Learn to forgive your spouse at all times and move on with life together. Remember this... No one is perfect but we are working towards perfection in Christ.

And it's very much important that you don't allow anybody to mesmerized your emotions in the name of relationship. If you are loose in your emotions anybody can mess you up. Not everybody worth your feelings and emotions. learn to control yourself so you don't put yourself into emotional prison.

Love is a wonderful thing but don't let anyone manipulate you in the name of love.

POWER OF A THOUGHT

Thoughts becomes reality overtime. There is no doubt that a man must become what he thinks all the time... As a man thinks in his heart so is he. You are what you think.

The power of creativity is in the mind. You have the energy in your mind to create whatever you want in life.

The problem with church people is that they pray to God to do everything for them. Lord whom should I marry? Which job should I take? Which cloth should I wear and all of that.

You have the mind of a creator so you can create. Do you have the courage to think? Because if you think you can change, if you think up you can go up, if you think weak you become weak. If you think big you become big..

Corporations, ministries, businesses and Cars are products of good thoughts.... Someone thought them... So what are you thinking? You got to sit down and think out a productive idea that will better your life and humanity.

We just have people in our generation who are famous for nothing. Just famous because they are cute...but has nothing to produce. We are going dumming down of ideas in this generation.

When ideas stop.... Creativity, economy, development, buildings and corporations stops. Because all of those things are ideas. Your ministry is an idea... The program you organized is an idea.

What are you thinking out that will better your life and enhance humanity?

THE RULES OF SUCCESS IN BUSINESS.

Rules are principles governing a set plan or adventure.
There are rules that you have to practice to succeed in business. This rules helped me to attend a certain height in my real estate business which can also help you.

If you want to succeed in business follows this......RULES.

MASTER YOUR BUSINESS.
Know your your business very well. Make your business your niche and make it to become part of you. Don't be ashamed of what you do for a living so far as it gives you money, and provide you the necessary things you need and you also love it.

EDUCATE YOURSELF
Knowledge and experience gives you the edge to succeed in business. Grow your competency, the future belongs to those who are competent in what they do. Grow youreself in that area, where you give value which people pay you for. Read books... Listen to tapes... Attend seminars and conferences in your field. Don't leave it to fate.

WORK HARD
Diligence is the soul of successful people people. Wake up early.. Work like you never work before... Close a little bit late in your one personal business... Don't waste your time watching TV.... Don't waste your time socializing on social media.... Work smart everyday.

DRESS WELL
Dressing well is a good business. Also dress to the occasion. Dress smart... Wear what fits you... Also look outstanding and futuristic.

SET GOAL
Set achievable goals. Know exactly what you want......and set goals towards achieving them. Set a goal of growing your business or company and set out a proper strategies to achieve them. Set daily... Weekly...monthly... And yearly goals and be discipline enough to follow them through until you achieve them.

MAKE MONEY AND INVEST IT.
Money making is the number one aim of set up a business or service. Make money....manage it well and invest it back in the business or service.... Or if you see another business or service that can give you more money invest into it. Grow your capital through a compound interest and invest in a reliable and lucrative businesses.

3 TYPES OF FRIENDS

There are 3 types of friends that comes into your life, it takes wisdom and deep comprehension to know them, their mission to you and how to deal with them constructively.
1
CONFIDANTS
This are friends that comes into your life to stay. They stay with you when you are succeeding or failing. Thy support you to get to the apex of your destiny. They support your dream and vision and helps you to fulfil them. God send them into your life to be part of you and to stay with you even when the going seems tough. They believe in you even when you make a mistake. They don't easily give up on you no matter the situation in your life. They laugh with you when you laugh, they cry with you when you cry. Your problems are their problems and your pains are theirs. These people are very few, they can be two or three in your entire life time. Appreciate them when you see them.
2
CONSTITUENTS
This are friends that comes to you because they like what you are doing. They like your success and want to link up with you to pursue and achieve a particular goal. They work with you as a team mates. They are pursue the same career with you and work with you to achieve a set goal. They don't believe in you or your vision or dreams they only believe in the vision you both pursue and when that is achieved they find their way. This type of friends come to you when they see that they can gain something from you and when the going seems tough they leave you and link up with someone else that is moving smoothly. You can see such people in your office, churches and even in dating or relationships. Don't cry when they leave you because they are not meant to stay with you for life. They are temporary fix in your life for a purpose. And they must behave as constituents. When they leave don't beg them to stay, because their mission has finish in your life.

COMRADES
This are friends that hates what you hates and like what you like. They comes to you to fight a particular enemy and when that is achieved they find their way. They pray with you against Satan and fight with you to defeat an enemy. Military is a very good example of comrades. They are trained together to fight enemies but not to be together as permanent friends.

Don't mistaken confidants to constituents or comrades because they are different people with different behaviors and function. Know who is who and deal with them accordingly..
