5. How was man made (components)
THE SOUL, BODY AND THE SPIRIT.
The Soul appeared first when God said let us make man in our image and likeness Gen. 1:26, then the body appeared when he moulded upon the soul with earth (sand) Gen. 2:7, then breathing of his spirit on his nostrils. The soul is the image and likeness of God ( Flesh and blood cannot please God, God can not make what can not please him and call it his image and likeness, Rom.8:7-8.the soul is your spirit man the soul is the real you, (the you in the dream. that is why the bible said the soul that sinned(decided to sin) shall die. The soul is a spirit, God is spirit, what ever came out of him as his image and likeness has to be spirit too. The reason for the sand he moulded upon the soul to make body is for the man to be able to touch the things he was made to take charge of, Gen 2:15 .He needed terrestial body to live on earth) . Three reasons why the soul is the image and likeness of God not the body.
A. The intangibility of the Soul
B. The ever living nature of the Soul. (Your soul lives on in hell or heaven when the body drops dead)
C. The will power of the Soul to make choices.
That is the very nature of God which was inborn in you because you came from him. God himself respects man's choices. I present to you today, life and death, chose one but as my beloved, i encourage you to chose life so it may be well with you. Deut. 30:15. God or even devil does not force things on people, on daily bases you make your choices as both the world, the flesh, God and the devil present you with options to choose from in every case. You see? Devil is not too powerful for you to handle, God also can do little on earth without man. Its about our choices from numerous options. Any how your life is now is as a result of your choices daily, your mind set, and what you vent (confession) daily. Any kind of perishing you are experiencing now is as a result of lack of knowledge. My people are perished for lack of knowledge. Go for knowledge, seek to improve yourself more than trying to achieve things. The better you the bigger you. Hosea 4:6

God and Creation

2 Timothy 3:16 "All Scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness".

Christianity is not a religion, religion means Man's search for God. Christians are spiritual people who has relationship with God the creator. We believe in the scriptures and stay with the scriptures where there's a contradiction in whatever study or lifestyle we get involved with.
Eg: Man was made by God not from Ape as biology teaches.

1. Who is God?
God is life. 1 Timothy 6:13: "I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and [before] Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate".

2. Where is God?
1 Timothy 6:16. He dwells in a place called unapproachable light.

3. Who made the heaven and the earth?
God. Genesis 1:1-5
4. Who made Man?
God. Genesis 1:26-31.

God made you in his image and likeness thirdly for his pleasure.
Yes he loves you just the way you are. Don't let the accuser make you feel otherwise. His arm of love is wide open, it doesn't matter what's gone wrong, he can still fix you up if you let him . It's still grace o'clock and we are in extra time. So make haste to his arm of love.

Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.(KJV)

Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD thy God in the midst of thee [is] mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.(KJV)

The Second Reason You Were Made In God's Image and Likeness is for Relationship/Fellowship. God wants you to know him and his will for people, places and situations and to help him achieve it on the earth by your decisions, actions and prayers, beginning from where you are. Make out time daily for deep fellowship with God, he needs your attention.
Genesis 3:8 to 9, 1st Corinthians 1:9, 1st John 1:3. Hallelujah!!!

Same way Mary accepted God's word that came to her and it turned to baby in her womb is how the word of salvation came to you and you became a new creature. You are the word of God Just like Jesus. 2 Cor 5:17, John 3:5, Isaiah 55:11
Say this "I am the word of God, am indistructible and undefeatable. I've been sent to my generation. I won't return void". Hallelujah!

You were created in God's image and likeness to manage the earth for the Lord, Genesis 1:28 Genesis 2:8 and 15. You are incharge of his creation, study the word to know the will of God for the Earth and speak it out, the angels will go to work when they hear you. Nature responds to your word when you speak. Say this " I take my place as God's manager on Earth" pray in the spirit and let it settle in you, praise the Lord!
