The Heart of Man📌
Jeremiah 17:9–10 (NKJV):
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind…”
This passage describes the true nature of the human heart. However, in this context, it primarily reveals the condition of the unregenerated or wicked heart and how deceitful it can be. This is different from the heart of a righteous man who is aligned with God.
When Satan wants to attack a person, he targets the heart and the mind, because these are the two gateways into a man’s life.💯👍
The Bible already gives us a clue: “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” This shows how powerful the mind and the heart are💪. Sometimes, we don’t even pray certain things we simply think them. This is why anything we see in our lives that does not reflect God often begins in the mind and is then channeled into the heart.🤔
Everything Scripture reveals is a reflection of who we truly are and our nature in Christ Jesus. God understands how powerful the human heart is how it can conceive and become whatever it holds onto. That is why He gave us His Spirit to guide us through the Scriptures, which serve as our manual today.💯🔥
When the Bible says, “Guard your heart with all diligence,” it is an instruction showing that the pathway to becoming like Him begins with a guarded heart. Then, He introduced a system called the breastplate of righteousness in Ephesians 6:14, which represents spiritual protection.
This shows how powerful the mind and heart of a man can become. So why worry or complain, when your life can be reshaped by understanding who you are in Christ Jesus?❓💁
Philippians 4:8:
“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things
Master your mind and keep your heart anchored; pray continually, for prayer is the channel through which faith flows, shaping your thoughts and stabilizing your spirit.🙇🧏
