Marriage pressure and s*xual purity —Pastor Dr Mrs Uduma was firm in her admonition.
Regardless of the pressure from family and people around you, you should never allow it to lead you to a place of desperation because desperation makes you say yes when you should have said no.
When you allow the pressure of desperation to take preeminence in your life, there’s a tendency to ignore red flags, lose your guard, lose your sense of right and wrong and become negatively vulnerable.
Pressure puts you in a place of compromise, agreeing to things you wouldn’t ordinarily give in to.

S*xual purity is a universal concept, tradition and religion holds it dear.
It takes aligning your thoughts, words and actions to moral authority or spiritual discipline is one of the ways to maintain s*xual purity.
S*x was created by God as a symbol of marriage, s*x is very pleasurable under the confines of marriage, the boundaries of s*x are the boundaries of marriage and s*x is not necessarily love.

Never forget that you are God’s dwelling place. Your body is the temple of the holyspirit.

Ladies, sometimes let your panties kiss the sunlight so as to burn off the germs trapped in the dampness.

Wash your bras regularly.

Your teeth is not what gives your mouth an odor, it is your tongue. So do well not to trivialize scrapping it each time you brush. Floss if you can and stop leaving dirt stuck inbetween your teeth.

Pastor Sandra’s didn’t beat around the bush as she highlighted several ways women cheapen themselves consciously and unconsciously.

She made us understand that The Art of Cheapening Yourself revolves around devaluing yourself by selling yourself short.

When you gossip or slander people just to be accepted in a circle or group, you’re cheapening yourself.

When you see the abusive signs in a courting relationship and still go ahead into a marital relationship, you’re cheapening yourself.

When you frequently move from one unhealthy relationship to another unhealthy relationship with sitting back and accessing yourself first before the next, you’re cheapening yourself.

When you use vulgar language or lie just to manipulate others, you’re cheapening yourself.

Pastor Nalong took us through a thought-provoking journey into the life of a woman of admirable character Abigail in 1st Samuel 25.

Abigail was a woman of honor, bowing low before her husband David and always addressing him as “My Lord”. Honor doesn’t reduce a woman who knows her worth rather she says “I’m secure enough to recognize the image of God in you”.

An irresistible woman is a woman of wisdom. Wisdom is acquired so if you’re still unwise, it is not because you were not s b born with it rather it is as a result of your failure to get it.
