*2nd Online Meeting for the Homecoming of Legendary choristers* Date Sunday 27th Oct. 2024

Members in attendance: 09 but 5 was active
Time frame: 08:00pm - 09:46pm

*THE THEME*
The theme for the program is still left open for suggestions.

*GUEST MINISTER*
The two ministers that stood out after a careful analysis and deliberations are:
Pst. O. E Akpan (a Rev. Minister in view) and Pst. Israel Okon

*PUBLICITY*
A Well designed banner was generally accepted to be made available for the program.

*INVITATION*
Two different invitation cards were said to be available for: Dignitaries and invitees

*HONORARIUM*
A good honorarium was said to be given to
the guest minister.

*INSIGHT ON THE DATE*
The program has also been decided that it will hold for just a day by the festive period.

*THE PROJECT MARKET SURVEY*
Everyone is expected to engage in market surveys on the solar project.

It was also decided that compilation of those choristers names should begin within the in-house committee members.

*SPIRITUAL ENGAGEMENT*
A day fasting and prayer was also mentioned to be observed by all.

The next meeting day is on Sunday 2nd Nov. 2023 by 08:00pm on the dot.
