*Is this the same Nigeria where the consumption of CAN foods like geisha and sardines by students was seen as poverty?*

*Is this Nigeria where Peak milk was sold for 10 kobo, every other brand was sold 8 kobo downward?*

*Is this the same Nigeria that students were given jobs and car incentives in their final year in the university?*

*Is this the same Nigeria that secondary school students could travel to any other state unaccompanied, without fear whatsoever?*

*Is this same Nigeria where secondary school students from the West travel to the East or North for excursions and vis versa?*

*Is this the same Nigeria where nobody cared about religious affiliations, where Christians and Muslims coexisted amicably?*

*Is this the same Nigeria that was the giant of Africa?*

Here are Some Golden Rules of Successful Life.

1. To achieve something different, you must do something different. You cannot be doing the same thing and expect a different result.

2. Take time to read and understand. The understanding will solve many problems and answer many questions.

3. Start believing in yourself. Your life is in your hands and no other person can do it for you.

4. Don’t make excuses. He that is good for making excuses is good at doing nothing.

5. A lost time can never be recovered. Thus, do not waste time chasing shadow.

6. It does not matter how many times you fail, but you can trade a hundred failures for one success. Remember success is sure when you try many times, one attempt out of many will succeed.

7. Sacrifice your comfort zone and try things. Do things that are risky, if you succeed, you enjoy, if you fail, you learn. When you fail trying new things, please be courageous enough to stand up and try again.

8. If you want to escape poverty, you have to learn to be comfortable doing uncomfortable things and disciplined enough to succeed.

9. Reading is hard and uncomfortable, but you have to do it.

10. It is hard and uncomfortable to take actions that may lead to failure, but you have to do it and have no other choice than doing it if you truly want to succeed.


11. Failure is painful, but you must endure the pain of failure to try again and succeed.
