Topic MY NEW IDENTITY

Identity is the totality of what defines you.

Your name is means of identification.

Your place of origin, status, calling, career are also means of identification

Unfortunately, situations can also constitute an identity.

Examples are Sickness, bareness, poverty, family name etc

Prayer: Anyone who has been characterized with a negative identity.
May the Lord arise for you.

Dimensions of Identity

First Dimension

Your first Identity is that you are child of God.

Text: 2 Cor 5:17

How can you acquire this new identity in Christ?

Text: John 1:12.

Receiving Jesus as your Lord and personal identity.

Text: Rom 10:10
Believe and confess that Jesus is Lord

Text: Rom 8:14, Mat 7:20
You must be led by the Holy Spirit

Second Dimension

No man can stop you from experiencing a new identity.

Text: John 9:8-9, Gen 17:18-20, Acts 3:10

What do you need to do for your level to change?

You must give your life to Jesus
