On behalf of the Management, Board of Trustees, Executive Council, Lecturers, Staff, and the entire Students of Christ Authority Bible College (CABIC), we heartily celebrate and congratulate our esteemed Director of Studies, Rev. Dr. Temitayo Adeleye, as she marks another glorious year today.

The moment you stop growing, your leadership begins to shrink. Leadership in ministry is not about position, it is about influence, responsibility, and continuous transformation.

God doesn’t just call us to lead people; He calls us to develop capacity. Every sermon you preach, every soul you guide, and every challenge you face is part of your training.

Stay teachable. Stay humble. Stay hungry.

Because the anointing may open doors, but it is learning that sustains the assignment.
