DON'T MAKE A WRONG CHOICE.

While in our youth days, after our graduation from the university, we were posted for service. A vibrant Christian Brother and l reported at our service centre. Not long after our arrival, some people organised a welcome party for NYSC (Corpers), where we were both invited. Immediately, l said ‘’NO’’, we’re God’s children, we don’t attend worldly parties. They replied, ‘’you are S.U, you are old-school, you are swegbe’’. At this junction my friend couldn’t take a stand for the Lord. He made a choice. He said to me, Bro Gbile please let’s not do so, let’s attend, it’s just a party nothing more. But l insisted on my decision.

So, he honoured their invitation. According to him, seated at the dancing hall, he was offered a bottle of alcohol. He rejected it and demanded for a bottle of Malt. While he was drinking, a lady walked up to him and said, ‘’how can you a man be drinking malt? Even me, a girl could finish a bottle of Gulder’’ he became ashamed. For the first time in his life, he requested for a glass of alcohol. To shorten the long tragic story, just a glass of beer took him away from Christ. Every effort l made to restore him to the faith was to no avail.

Many years later, l saw him, hardly could l recognise him. He was so haggard and battered. His life was a mirage. His marriage ruined, and destiny shattered. Then he looked at my face and said, ‘’Bro Gbile l envy you. What you are now is what l could have been, but look at where l am today. I wish l could reverse the choice l made’’ Then he stood weeping profusely. Though l prayed and restored him to Christ, but the lost ground and the wasted years he never recovered. Not too long he died.

I believe this is why the Holy Spirit has strongly laid it on my heart to reach the youths at this end of the age. Though your destiny is precious and very bright, but it is contested. The ground the devil wins in your life today is where he will pitch his tent tomorrow. Now l see Jesus the mighty warrior, with all his power and might ready to save you, but it seems the enemy is saying, you are old enough to choose for yourself. The choice to win or lose is yours. In order to be victorious in the battle for the young, you must accept Jesus into your heart NOW THAT YOU ARE YOUNG.

HUSBANDS AND WIVES WAKE UP!

Beware of pride: It has thrown many, many decent people naked. Beware of pride!!
You can't be the wife and the husband at the same time: that is what you are trying to be. It is not normal.
Husbands: wake up and also win the respect of your spouses. They mustn't be chasing after you for money for food that you will eat. No. People don't get respect, they earn it.
They earn respect Sir. Earn the respect of your spouse - 1 Timothy 5:8
There could be challenges because you are partners, you are working together, that is not a problem. But you will be doing 'Omo jaiye jaiye' all around town, it is not normal.
You know 'Omo jaiye jaiye' - it has no English interpretation, because I have been trying to, I used to be an Interpreter for an Evangelist but I can't get that one: 'Omo jaiye jaiye', 'O jaiye lo' (Yoruba phrase)
These are simple things, these things are very easy.
Now watch me: you know I am a local man. I have never bought a piece of socks, I never bought for our children when they were growing up. I don't buy food, I don't know the price of any food
That is not my area. I need my time for everything. So we have a set budget that goes for running the house and we are still in it and our house runs like a hotel. We are still in it.
My wife is a very efficient manager of those things
"They want to buy bread": They are looking for you. It is not fair. It is not fair on your time and then you start praying when they are coming. They say, "Okay, anytime you finish prayers."
I told the person in charge of my accounts, "don't bring me anything to sign on Sunday morning, I don't have time to sign anything. Bring in what I need to sign for Sunday worship on Friday."
The time is not there.
It's that time you will now wake up: Children, this is 1 Naira for your...I have never done it. When they were growing up, their mother was in charge of their offering, already budgeted.
By the time you now go to town, you are now buying yam!
One lady said to me, she said, "prices have gone up." I didn't know what it was before. How will I know now?
When I was a bachelor, one woman was helping to buy some things: the way they insulted her, I felt so much her. I said, "Is that how market is?"
"...carry it, come and steal it."
-The good news, every tension in every home goes off finally today.
-Every miracle marriage resulting from this Service will never know crisis.
-Every separation brought about by the workings of the devil, they are now restored.
-This week shall be a week of commotion of testimonies.
-Before the 7th anniversary of the Wonder Double Visitation, you will hear news: that what you are waited for years has finally happened, in the name of Jesus

Please get serious. To sitdown somewhere and just be looking and gazing at me on this altar without writing something, is a sign of unseriousness.

From the age of 16, God have been speaking to me specifically on issues regarding my future. I saw I was a king, not that anybody preached it that time. We were all slaves that time. Nobody knows royalty in Christianity. I found it!

A man should take a responsibility in the days of his youth so that he won't become a liability tomorrow. I found it at 16, I knelt down under a tree and ask God for Grace. We'll be gasping for the next statement...salivating

Now, a 25years old put hand in his pocket(doing guy). Somebody come to you to say, "what did the preacher say tonight", you say, "I don't even know, they did not spend much time".

Someone met me 7years before I got married and was asking me for a counsellor on the day of his marriage and I counsel them and he asked me "how about your experience?" I told him that I am not married... he said, "no no no".

Married folks were coming to me for counselling. Get serious!

GOD IS NOT A RESPECTER OF A DENOMINATION

(A Short Story Of Bishop David Oyedepo And Pastor WF Kumuyi)
Bishop David Oyedepo (Founder of LIVING FAITH CHURCH)

Once had a female member of his church suffering from insanity. The lady was brought to his house and after prayers, she had temporary reliefs. However, she lapsed again and again, so the Bishop decided it was best the woman lived with them so her faith would be built for a perfect deliverance.

One day the same lady approached Oyedepo with a concerned look on her face, She told Oyedpo that anytime she prayed alone, she normally saw the face of W.F Kumuyi (Founder of DEEPER LIFE BIBLE CHURCH). She didn't know what it meant. But Bishop Oyedepo full of wisdom knew, "It can only means one thing! God wants Pst Kumuyi to pray for you. I see him as not just a bonafide minister but a senior and higher in ministry than myself" compassionately the bishop penned a handwritten letter and sent the sealed letter with the unstable lady to Kumuyi with his own personal driver"

When Kumuyi read the letter, he laid hands on the lady and she was instantly and permanently healed. But Kumuyi sent her back with his own handwritten note on his letterhead. "Here is your daughter. I am sending her back to you. I HAVE PRAYED FOR HER AS THE LORD INSTRUCTED and she's been gloriously healed!"

This shows God sees US as one, A BODY OF CHRIST, nothing less, nothing more.
Yes get a church or ministry where you serve and worship and be loyal (it's a virtue) to it.
