NOTICE OF 2023 ARMY CONVENTION

Calvary greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

I am directed to notify you of the 2023 Annual Convention of the Band as underlisted;

Theme: "Looking Unto The Lord"_ (Micah 7:7)

Date: Friday 6th - Sunday 8th October, 2023

Venue: D.O.C&S Church Mt. Zion 88 Egede Street, Mile 2 Diobu, Port Harcourt District Headquarters.

Time: Friday 6th October - 12:00pm - 4:00pm - Arrival/accreditation

Note:
1. As earlier stated, only candidates who attend and undergo every necessary training in the last camp programme are eligible for ordination.

2. District Army secretaries are expected to present their annual progress report in writing with the minimum of 30 photocopies.

3. Dress code: White joggers, White T-shirt, affella and Army suit.

4. All candidates for ordination are expected to attend and participate fully.

5. Financial obligations:
> District roll call - N500

> Branch roll call - N200

>Ordination fee - N1,000

> Passport/ID Card Fee - N1,000

6. Payment of old debt: Districts should ensure they come up with their old debts.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL CAMP PROGRAMME

Pleasant greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.

This is to notify you of our forthcoming annual camp programme holding as follows;

Theme: "Raising The Real Army Of Salvation"

Date: Friday 1st - Sunday 3rd July, 2022

Venue: D.O.C&S Church Mount Olivet, Ogoloma District Headquarters, Ogoloma, Okrika L.G.A

Note:
> By this notice, all recommendations should be sent to the secretary through the district Army Band in writing, on or before the camp.

> Only candidates from 12 years and above, shall be eligible for ordination.

> All recommended candidates for Army Of Salvation ordination must attend the three (3) days camp, and participate actively.

> Dress code: White joggers, white T-shirt, white canvas, and white face cap.

> Camp levies

• District = Three thousand naira (N3,000)

• Special branch = Two thousand naira (N2,000)

• Individual = Two hundred naira (N200)

> We equally wish to appeal to you to pay up your National Army of Salvation dues for the forthcoming Convention as directed.

*RE: 2022 NATIONAL SENSITIZATION PROGRAM*

The leadership of the Band heartily salute you our dear esteemed soldiers of the living God. May the Lord anoint you afresh for His service in Jesus name, amen.

*We wish to remind you that the 3rd sensitization program of the Band shall hold at #8 chimko street ogbor hill, beside opobo junction with the theme "Who Is An Army of Salvation? Part 3 from friday 22nd to Saturday 23rd April 2022.*
*Arrival time : 12pm - 2pm.*

For this purpose, all armies are to pay a levy of five hundred naira (N500) only or more as the Lord may provide for you to support the program to (GTBank Tariah Isoboye Adaye 0164212362) on or before the 31st of March 2022 for onward preparation. Please, after making payments endeavor to call 08030794869 to confirm payment.

NOTE: This program is compulsory for all executives at the various levels of authorities (Branch, District, State and National); compulsory for all intending camp officials of the 2022 National Army Convention.

We encourage all states to plan ahead, mobilize their members to support the program by paying the levy and attending the program enmass.

Haven learnt how one need to have a ready mind and a willing spirit, we strongly believe that you have been refreshed and it is on that premise we are sure that you will honour this program with your presence and experience another dimension of the move of God.

NOTICE OF ENLARGE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING

Beloved comrades in the Lord, I bring you warmest greetings on behalf of the leadership of the Band. It is our earnest prayer that this new year brings you a renewal of hope in Christ, a ready mind, and a willing spirit to serve our creator more than ever before.

I am directed to notify you of our Enlarge Executive Council Meeting comprising, National Officers from the state, State Officers, District Officers, Branch Officers, and the 2022 Fundraising Committee members.

Date: Saturday 12th February, 2022

Venue: State Headquarters, D.O.C&S Church 23 Awkuzu Street, Mile 1 Diobu, Port Harcourt.

Time: 9:00am prompt

NOTICE OF 2021 ANNUAL RIVERS STATE ARMY CONVENTION
I am pleased to invite you to our three days’ Annual Convention/Special Thanksgiving Service.

Featuring:

> Cultural praise/worship
> Revival
> Lectures. etc

Theme: “The Reward For Diligence Service” 2 Chron. 16:3-5
Date: Friday 15th – Sunday 17th October, 2021
Venue: D.O.C&S Church Mt. Horeb Sime Branch, Tai District Headquarters, Tai L.G.A.
Time: Friday 15th, 12:00 noon – Accreditation/registration opens.

Note:
District Army Secretaries are expected to present their progress report for the year. Failure to do so, shall attract a fine of N1,000 only.
Dress code: Joggers, T-shirt, Canvass, (all in white). Army suit, and affella.
All ordination candidates are expected to attend, and participate fully in every session of the convention.
Payments:
Districts/Special Branches = N500
Branches = N200
Brochure = N500
Ordination fee = N1,000
District secretaries are expected to collate, and submit all duly filled National Army Registration Forms allocated to them, alongside N500 ID card fee.
Also note that there shall be a Cultural Night of Praise.
