Topic: "My Leadership, My Legacy: How I Want to Be Remembered"
Speaker: Temple Wagwu. NTO

The talk "My Leadership, My Legacy: How I Want to Be Remembered" emphasized the importance of effective leadership and leaving a lasting impact.

Key points;
Leadership in the Boys’ Brigade is an act of inspiring, good leadership shapes the character of boys

Leadership is about impact not about position.

For you to be a leader you will have to utilise your time

Leaders are remembered for a bold Idea and bold step.

He emphasis on the need to pay the price and enjoy the gain later as he stated, "You can play now and pay later or you can pay now and play later,
however if you don't work hard you will still reap what you sow.
There is a reward for every decision, the reward can be positive or negative so you have the choice to made.

He made a practical illustration using a bottle of Pepsi(pet) and bottle water.
both was shaken but the later did not pour out when it was opened but the former poured out. so he said that we have a choice to choose who we want to be. the Pepsi that lost its original form or the bottle water that retain it's form and size even after the pressure exerted on it.
