As part the 2026 Teens and Youth Harvest activities is a panel discussion which bothers on critical issues concerning young people in the church.

Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section

The challenge facing the Anglican Church in contemporary society

Panel discussion

1. How can the church remain faithful to its traditions while adjusting to change in modern society

2. What can our church leaders do differently to make the church more relevant to the young generation?

3. How has modern technology affected the church and why are the young generation leaving the Anglican church to the new denominations?

4. Why do you think some young people feel more comfortable discussing their problems with friends than with the Church leaders?

5. Do you think young people are given enough opportunities to participate in decision-making and leadership in the Church. Why or why not?

6. What sustainable development plans will the church apply in order to meet its needs in this current economy?

See you there !

The Good News does not shout…

It whispers: “I see you.”
It does not condemn.
It embraces: “I died for you.”
It does not leave.
It stays: “I am with you.”

Because the Good News has a name.
And His name is Jesus.

Let’s share in the Goodnews from 2nd to 6th September at Alfred Diette Spiff Civic Centre.

See you there!
