The Primary Children of Port Harcourt Nigeria Choba Stake took out time to carry out service in their locality tagged "PRIMARY CLEANING EXERCISE"

This act of service was carried out at different locations by the respective unit Primary Children as planned and organised by their Unit Primary Leaders.

The Elderly within the Stake were identified, visited and their homes swept and cleaned, some unit Primary Children saw the need to attend to cleaning their meeting houses while some reached out to members who might need the helping hand of these wonderful and inspired Primary Children.

It was a wholesome experience for Primary Children, The Presidency and those who were visited and served.

Parents who gave their consent to these wonderful act of kindness also felt joy seeing their children learn the kind act of service to another.

Moments of the Family Fun Day of The Port Harcourt Nigeria Choba Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints which took place on Saturday, The 10th day of May, 2025.

The activity which was tagged "STRENGTHENING FAMILY BONDS" was aimed at encouraging families to share better bonding moments together, engage in recreational moments and increase and sustain the love they share thus better improving the bonds in family.

It was fun filled as members participated and enjoyed the moment.

The Port Harcourt Nigeria Choba Stake Easter Concert which was titled "THIS IS THE CHRIST" was epic and colourful as members of The Stake Choir render beautiful hymns and soul uplifting music to mark the Easter celebration as the audience were thrilled to the beautiful voices.

Invited Choirs also had the privilege of participating as they rendered sweet melodies and poems to commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Dignitaries who were invited include;

1. HRM, Eze Anele A. Oriebe (Nyewe-Ali Akpor, The Traditional Ruler of Akpor Kingdom, Obio/Akpor LGA of Rivers State, Nigeria) who was represented by HRH Eze Amadi Wali (JP) Nyewe-Ali Ozuoba and Chief Lazarus Wawusor Chinda.

2. Prof. Benjamin Achor Amadi (Professor of Nutritional Biochemistry and Toxicology, Rivers State University, Rivers State).

Members and invited guests commended The Church for putting up such a wonderful event as their souls were lifted and the Easter celebration made more meaningful.

Port Harcourt Nigeria Choba Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints marked the 183rd Relief Society Anniversary in a colourful event at The Stake Centre on the 15th day of March, 2025.

Pictorial images from The Port Harcourt Nigeria Choba Stake Conference which took place on the 23rd and 24th of November, 2024 at The Stake Centre.

The Conference whose theme reads "CONSIDER ON THE BLESSED AND HAPPY STATE OF THOSE THAT KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD" was taken from the Book of Mormon (Mosiah 2:41).

Participants were blessed as they listened to inspiring talks and testimonies.

Members were blessed with the talks from leaders and the songs as rendered by Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
