I want to change some ladies' mindset today. You see, men are not dogs. Wearing armless (exposing your shaved armpit and upper arm) can turn a man on talkless of the low neckline exposing the cleavage of your breasts.
Tight trousers, tights (panty hose) which shows the shape of your buttock, mini and micromini skirts exposing your thigh all can make a man go wild! Better face reality now and mind the way you dress. Some ladies say it doesn't matter. Men should be able to control themselves.
They are entitled to what they wear. Then you should be able to control yourself when they start asking you for s*x and not come here lamenting all men are dogs!
I saw a lady around Yaba sometime ago and I whistled. Messiah! The gown (not really a gown, the top was sown together with the trouser, it was suppose to be a gown but the one down is a trouser) clung to her body like her second skin and right through the window of the car, I was literally, looking at the shape of her buttock! 2. LEARN HOW TO SIT: Some ladies don't knowhow to sit. Expecially the skirt wearing sisters.You sit in front of a guy and open your laps, what do you want him to see? A trance? Yeah, he saw alot of it! Always close your thigh when you are sitting whether in front of a guy or not. Not sitting very well can become a habit and follow you around. And you wonder why all the brothers in the church wants to sleep with you!

Learn to control your emotions around the opposite s*x. If you must hug, go look for your fellow lady to hug and peck and you still need to be careful. Le****ns are all over the places!

4. CALLING MEN PET NAMES: . Some people just throw around the word "dear" as if it is a second language! Why would you give all the guys in your life pet names?
YOU ARE NOT DATING THEM. You say, "thanks dear," "okay sweetie", "see you dearie", "bye love","OK e e sir, sir × 4 at a moment, etc.,you are looking for serious trouble. Words like this turn a man on.

5. YOU PRAISE MEN TOO MUCH: This shouldn't be a problem at all but experience has taught me that men are attracted and eventually turned on by women who praise them silly! You can compliment men if you want to but be discreet and casual about it. Don't over do anything. Telling a guy, "whao! what a nice moustache you've got!" or that "muscle on your arm can make any lady go crazy for you" is indirectly telling him you like his body and wouldn't mind if he sleeps with you

6. YOU SEDUCE MEN: Here, you deliberately wear provocative dresses with the intention to turn him on. You want to see whether you are s*xually admirable to him and want to see how far he can respond to your seduction. You don't need that test at all. Wait, why are you always avoiding the public?You want to talk?
Can't you still be around people and stay out of ear shot?

premises.
A marketing staff of a bank in Lagos state identified as Amarachi Ugochukwu has committed
su***de.
According to police sources, Amarachi was found
dead inside the staff toilet of the bank in the Ikorodu area of the state on Monday, January 8.
The bank's manager went to the police to report the
incident the same day it happened. According to
the bank manager, late Amarachi's phone was
found ringing endlessly on her table without her
answering so her colleagues began to search for
her. One of the office's toilet was forced open after
it was found to have been locked from inside with
no one opening it. Her lifeless body was found on
the floor alongside a bottle of an insecticide which
she reportedly gulped to take her life. Also found beside her was a su***de note where
she lamented about how bad her life had been. A
doctor was called in and confirmed her death.
Police detectives arrived the scene and moved the
co**se to the Ikorodu General Hospital where an
autopsy is expected to be carried out on her remains.

Here are the ways to Deal with challenges when our new year resolutions and goals we set for do not immediately work out. Su***de is never an option.

*1. Seek Professional Help:* Reach out to a mental health professional who can provide guidance and support tailored to your specific situation. It's good to ask question about things or road that you don't know. ( Intelligent/Emotional Quotients).

*2. Build a Support System:* Surround yourself with friends and family who understand and care about your well-being and you can learn morals lessons from. Share your feelings with them. How can you be better than your mentor or teacher? They are no more mentors but mentees. Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are.

*3. Establish Routine:* Create a daily routine that includes self-care activities, exercise, and a healthy sleep schedule to bring stability to your life.

*4. Set Realistic Goals:* Break down larger goals into smaller, achievable tasks. Celebrate small victories to build a sense of accomplishment.
Stop waiting to achieve the biggest goals before you celebrate. Learn to appreciate. Some Goals we set for ourselves sometimes may not happen this year some Goals take longer time before they manifest but definitely will happen at its own season and right timing in consistency. For some it maybe that you wanted to get married , some it was children, for some it is a new level or a business that is not yet happening that doesn't mean you should commit su***de because it has not yet happened. It is just like Buhari waiting for almost since 1999 till 2015 before he became president, or Current Bola Ahmed Tinubu who worked on a 20 years long term plan to eventually become Nigerias president. Some Goals take 10 or 20 years to manifest. Are you trying to achieve a 10 or 5 year goal in 1 month or 1 year. Please set realistic goals to avoid frustration. *5.Mindfulness and Meditation:* Practice mindfulness techniques and meditation to manage stress and stay grounded in the present moment.(Adversity Quotient).

*6.Physical Activity:* Engage in regular exercise as it can positively impact mood by releasing endorphins, the body's natural mood lifters. Don't ever fail to smile always which is another medicine your body needs.

*7.Limit Negative Influences:* Identify and limit exposure to negative influences, like Facebook, intergram, WhatsApp etc; whether they are people, situations, or media. Focus on positive and uplifting content that can improve your aspirations.

*8. Express Yourself Creatively:* (That's Social Quotient).Explore creative outlets like reading bible and other important books, writing, evangelism, or music to express your emotions and find a constructive way to cope with your professional career and endeavours.

*9. Educate Yourself:* Learn more about depression and disappointment or frustration. Understanding these feelings can empower you to cope more effectively especially when you experience failures and didn't achieve a goal you set out to initially achieve. Eg some people get visas rejection 10 times before they get that Visa. Colonel Sanders got rejection for 1,004 times before his first yes to start KFC. And now the best world wide Resturant.

As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. He didn't kill himself because he failed multiple times, rather consistency and patience gave him success.

*SO SAD*
A King had a male servant who in all circumstances always told him; My King, do not be discouraged because *YAHWEH never makes mistakes*. One day they went hunting and a wild animal attacked the king, the servant managed to kill the animal but couldn't save his majesty from losing a finger. Furious and without showing gratitude, the King said; If Yahweh was good, I wouldn't have been attacked and lost a finger. The servant answered: 'despite all these things, I can only tell you that Yahweh is good and everything he does is perfect, he is never wrong'. Outraged by the response, the king ordered the arrest of his servant. While he was taken to prison, he again said to the king: Yahweh is good and perfect. Another day, the king went alone for another hunt and was captured by savages who use human beings for sacrifice. On the altar, the savages discovered that the king did not have a finger in place, he was freed because he was not considered "complete" to be offered to the gods. On his return to the palace, he ordered the release of his servant and said; My friend, Yahweh was really good to me. I was almost killed but for lack of a single finger, I was let go. But I have a question; If Yahweh is so good, why did he allow me to put you in prison? His servant answered; My king, if I hadn't been put in prison, I would have gone with you, and I would have been sacrificed, because I don't have a missing finger. Everything Yahweh does is perfect, he is never wrong. Often we complain about life, and the negative things that happen to us, forgetting that everything happens for a purpose. *WHO ARE YOU?*

A lady committed a crime and she was sent to court.
The punishment for the crime was life imprisonment.

She shed tears for help but to no avail. When the case was called in court she started weeping. Her husband, family and friends who accompanied her started weeping but there was no hope.

But something happened. Before the lady could stand in the witness box a Man stood up and the court room was silent.

Everyone looked at HIM. HE was noble and gentle. HE stood in the witness box and interceded on behalf of the woman.

The case was difficult, yet HE used all HIS strength, energy and resources to fight on behalf of the woman. After a long legal battle between the Man and the accusers, the lady was set free.

The lady fell before the Man and asked *'WHO ARE YOU?'*

The next day the lady deliberately committed another crime and was sent to the same court.

As soon as she entered the courtroom, she saw the Man who interceded for her the previous day on the judgement seat.

*HE was no longer a Lawyer, but a Judge.*

With smiles on her face the lady said *'I have come again.'*

The Man lifted his head and said *"yesterday I was a Lawyer"* so I fought for you, even when you were guilty.

But today *I am a Judge and My judgement must be fair.'*

With tears in the ladies eyes she asked for the second time *'WHO ARE YOU?'* and the Man replied.....
*"YESTERDAY I WAS YOUR SAVIOUR.....*
*BUT NOW I AM YOUR JUDGE"*

Today YAHSHUA MESSIAH is our Lawyer and Redeemer, but a day is coming when HE will give a fair judgement to everyone.

Mind-Set #1: Lack of direction, not lack of time is your problem; you need a road map. Decide what you want and go for it; venture outside your comfort zone, the rewards are worth it. Why limit yourself? If only you understand who you are and what you carry within! You have been in this state of yours long enough; get up! Never settle for less than Yahweh’s best for your life! Your choice!

Everything in life can teach you a lesson, you just have to be willing and observe to learn. Don't let yesterday's disappointments cast a shadow on today's dreams; Stop attributing your problems to other people and your environment! Don't allow your past or present condition to control you; It's just a process that you're going through to get you to the next level. Yes, they were just stepping stone; move on!

People may hate you, rate you, shake you and try to break you; how strong you stand is what makes you. Be strong! You are responsible for your life, and your ultimate success depends on the choices you make; don't have a victim mentality! Hardship can humble you, but it cannot break you unless you let it. Your instinct for survival will always see you through! It is already packaged in you; stop lamenting or worrying.

Good Morning beloved,

Mind-Set #1: Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - heresies, which is living with the results of other people's thinking, instead of searching and believing the Truth in the original manuscript(Torah), my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, Hoshea 4:6-7. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice or Yahweh's. You have your own path, judgement is rendering one's personal accounting; discover it and follow it, Consider your own field deeply and till it; because no one will do it for you! You have greatness and Yahweh's spirit in you; don’t live a mediocre and untamed life, Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.

Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can invest it. Ask yourself how much time has Yahweh alloted to me and how old am I? Once you've lost it you can never get it back. Know the value of time. Sn**ch, seize, and invest every minute of it. Maximize your time, always set your priorities in truth and life.Stop procrastinating; do it now! The more you delay, the more dissatisfied you are. Don’t be a time-waster; know what you want and do it! Remember that blessed is he that reads, hears and practices the Holy book/Torah. Rev.1:3. Any time wasted for Yahweh is not wasted but rather increases your life term and blessings. He never owes any.

Life is all about timing; the unreachable becomes reachable, the unavailable becomes available, the unattainable becomes attainable. Have the patience, wait it out, it’s all about timing. Don’t count every hour in the day, make every hour in the day count. Make sure your hours and minutes are of value to Yahweh and you. Yahweh loves you and gives you 124 hours (6 days) in a week, Exodus 20:8-11,Ezekiel 20:19-20, and takes only 24 hour(1day) 7th day for the acknowledgment of his Creative Power and honouring Him. Develop yourself; be self-disciplined! This is your first call; you are priceless; stop underselling yourself! It's better to do Yahweh's Will than people's, they may fail you but Yahweh never fails. Psalms 37:25, 37-40.
