Deliberately engaging in fitness activities together, among other activities over the years has really tightened our bond! Itā€™s amazing!

I encourage you dear hubby and wife, to engage in as many activities together as much as you can.

- Spiritual activities - prayer, fasting, studying the word together, etc
- Physical activities - Sports, exercise including lots of s*x šŸ”„ šŸ˜‰
- Mental activities - Reading, active communication by sharing your thoughts with each other, etc
- Other fun activities - playing video games, board games, etc
