PRACTICE SELF-LOVE
If you don't value yourself, how can you expect others to?
When you prioritize your well-being and believe in your worth, you set the standards for how others should treat you. Remember, you are your greatest advocate. Treat yourself with the same love and encouragement you offer others.
ACTION FOR TODAY:
Take some minutes to affirm yourself. Write down three things you love about who you are and three accomplishments you are proud of. Then, every day, do something that makes you feel valued; celebrate your wins, treat yourself with the kindness, care and respect you deserve, and never let anyone take you for granted.
