Notes;
* Always know you are forgiven
* Forgive others as God has forgiven you (Matt 6:14)
* What ever that happens learn to forgive them (Joseph forgave his brothers)

What is forgiveness
* Letting go off anger, revengers, bitterness you have for someone and being in peace with the person

How to forgive
* Acknowledge you have been wronged.
* Let them know they have wronged you.
* Let go of the bitterness.
* Then forgive

Benefits of forgiveness
* Peace of mind
* Your soul will be clean from bitterness, bad conscience etc.
* It frees you from the past you will live in the present ( that is forgive and forget)
* It brings back physical and mental health
* It clears your mind.

What happened if you don't forgive
* It will bring Bitterness and anger to any relationship
* It keeps you in the past instead of being in the present.
* It leads to depression.
* The benefits of forgiveness won't play in your life.
