If you are a General Overseer or a Senior pastor and you are bless with Pastors working under you put yourself in their position and treat them well don't claim to be God Over them, after all nobody is God to each other, but if you claiming because of the little help and support you had been rendering to them any day they realizes that you are not their God they will leave you and you will do the work of that Three or four Pastors alone, then your members will clapped for you that you are a good Father/ Leader. after all in ministry nobody made it Overnight everybody started from somewhere, if you say you made your own Overnight you are a suspect, why can we treat our fellow brothers/
sisters as human being knowing fully that a journey of one-million miles started with a step.you started some where before you reach where you are today let us stop treating our fellow human being as slaves Some are flogging their Pastors disgrace and humiliate them openly what do you call that one Is that Ministerial ethic??? Isn't that Demonic??? Where is it written in the Bible?? Is time for all the Leaders and Father's to go back to God for forgiveness.

Touch Not, Bewarn!
“He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.”
Psalm 105:14
When a wise person comes across the scripture, the first thing he or she will try to find out is, how can one touch God’s anointed? One way to harmfully touch God’s anointed is by slandering or speaking evil of a minister of God. Doing this can cause God’s anointed so much grief and might even be worse than slapping him or her on the face. It is a dangerous thing to persecute a Christian, because Jesus personally feels the pain of such acts of wickedness, and as the Lion of Judah, He will surely defend His own. Saul of Tarsus was a man committed to persecuting Christians until Jesus met him as he rode to Damascus in furtherance of his sinister objective. In Acts 9:5, Jesus said to him:
“I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.”
Even if the Lord’s anointed is as humble as Moses and would not respond to the evil and slanderous comments against him or her, there are self-pronounced curses upon whoever speaks evil of God’s prophets, as seen in the case of Miriam and Aaron (Numbers 12:1-10). They were driven by jealously to speak against Moses and God heard it (Numbers 12:2). The Lord hears every evil word spoken against His ministers, and when He chooses to respond, the result can be severe, as recorded in Numbers 12:9-10 which says:
“And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed. And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous.”
From Moses’ story, we see that it was God who fought for His servant. Amazingly, the rebels who stood against Moses were his own siblings (Exodus 4:14, Exodus 15:20). More surprising is the fact that Aaron was also the high priest of God. Why would a high priest be caught in the act of rebellion? What greater position or fame was he angling for that made him speak evil of his brother, who was chosen by God to lead the people? This is food for thought for us today. Unlike Moses who was meek and did not respond when persecuted, Elisha was of a different persuasion. In 2 Kings 2:23-24, the children who mocked him were not as lucky as Aaron and Miriam were. He cursed them in the Lord’s Name and they all suffered a gruesome death immediately. Those who speak evil of the Lord’s anointed should be warned that they might not get away with it someday. Beloved, a word is enough for the wise.

TALITHA CUMI
TEXT: MARK 5:38-43
"And He took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi ; which is, being interpreted , Damsel , I say unto thee, arise" (Mark 5:41).
It is not the will of God that you should die young. God's promise says with long life will I satisfy you. In another place, He says, "The Number of your days, I will fulfil." Many things, such as sin, Satan, sickness, accident, disease, malnutrition, wrong medications among others can cause death.
Sometimes young people also engage themselves in dangerous practices that can cut short their lives, for example, drug abuse, smoking, drinking alcohol, cultism, immorality etc.
Somebody can be alive physically but dead in the sight of God. A sinner is dead in sins and trespasses. The good news is that there is somebody who has power over death. His name is Jesus. In our passage, Jairus' daughter had died before Jesus got to the house. When He got there with Peter, John and James, He commanded the dead girl to arise by saying "Talitha cumi" meaning, "young girl I say unto you arise" and the girl arose. Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.
How old are you now? You are too young to die according to the word of God.
Any situation in your life that makes you afraid or cry. Jesus will come to the rescue and say unto you "Talitha Cumi." Arise now and receive life.

4 keys to answered prayer:
1. Confess and repent of any known sin that may hinder answers to your prayers.
2. Pray according to God's will or promise in His Word.
3. Pray with faith. (Praying with faith means to abide in God's Word before prayer)
4. Pray persistently and repeatedly the will or promise of God with faith, until you see the manifestations of your prayers.
The two major reasons people don't receive answer to prayers is because they lack faith and they don't pray persistently.
It takes faith to pray persistently until you get answers. Many people give up on God when they don't see quick answers to their prayers.
Jesus gave a parable on the need to pray persistently and never give up. (Luke 18:1-
A certain woman troubled by her adversary, kept pleading with a certain man in authority to take vengeance for her.
The man who could be considered a wicked and heartless atheist, refused to do anything until he grew tired of the woman's constant pleading.
Jesus was trying to emphasise that if a wicked man could decide to heed the woman's cry for vengeance because of her persistence, how much more God who loves us so very dearly?
Jesus ended His emphasis by saying, "When the son of man comes, will He find faith on earth?" (Luke 18:1-
Meaning many people will lose faith in God in the end times because of seemingly unanswered prayers.
Hebrews 11:6
"Without faith it is impossible to please Him for he that comes to God must believe that He is.... a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him."
God rewards us when we seek Him diligently by faith. It takes faith to seek God diligently and not lose hope or give up. It takes faith to keep praying to God diligently even when He seems unresponsive.
Many people don't receive answers to their prayers because they aren't seeking God diligently with faith.

James 4:11
Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Matthew 7:1, "Do not judge so that you will not be judged."

When Jesus says "Judge not, lest ye be judged," He wasn't saying not to judge. He was saying, take the log out of your eye first before you tell your brother to take the log out of his eye. Elsewhere, He commands us to judge righteously.
