TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP - from the HOME

What kind of leaders are Nigerian families raising?
On today's edition of Fatherhood Program, we had a powerful conversation about transformational leadership and why leadership begins long before a child enters the workplace, politics or public life.

We explored questions around respect, discipline, authority, parenting by example, listening to our children, and raising children who can think, take responsibility and eventually lead others.

One question stood out:
If our children eventually become exactly the kind of leaders we are today, would we be proud of the Nigeria they would create?

The Nigeria of tomorrow is being shaped in the homes of today.

As we enter the Family Week, we are encouraged as Christian homes and marriages to fight the fight of faith, upholding Christian values and to be a light and an example to our World.
