*Your Exceptional Ability Is From God*

_*"Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God (2 Corinthians 3:5 AMPC)."*_

The Apostle Paul makes it clear that we are not qualified or sufficient in ourselves to produce what God calls us to do. The same applies to our secular responsibilities. The Prophet Daniel manifested exceptional excellence because an excellent Spirit was in him (Daniel 6:3). On our own, we lack the power and ability to sustain judgment, uncanny wisdom, and extraordinary impact. Trying to rely only on yourself usually leads to burnout, pride when things go well, and despair when they don’t.

The good news is that your power, ability, and sufficiency are from God. He is the Source of both the capacity and the strength you require for His divine assignment and your responsibilities in the marketplace—your vocation or job. This means you can approach your assignment without fear of inadequacy or pride in achievement. Remain diligent and faithful, knowing that the God Who gave you the assignment also gives you what you need to finish it with exceptional excellence. Praise God!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, thank You that my power and sufficiency are from You. I receive the grace to walk in my assignment without fear or pride. I'm enabled to be diligent to finish the work You have given me with exceptional excellence, in Jesus’ name, amen.

*Meditation*
*2 Corinthians 3:5-6 AMPC*
[5] Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God. [6] [It is He] Who has qualified us [making us to be fit and worthy and sufficient] as ministers and dispensers of a new covenant [of salvation through Christ], not [ministers] of the letter (of legally written code) but of the Spirit; for the code [of the Law] kills, but the [Holy] Spirit makes alive.

*Philippians 2:13 NKJV*
For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

*Zechariah 4:9-10 NKJV*
[9] “The hands of Zerubbabel Have laid the foundation of this temple; His hands shall also finish it. Then you will know That the Lord of hosts has sent Me to you. [10] For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see The plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the Lord, Which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth.”

*You Are God's Masterpiece*

"For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago (Ephesians 2:10 NLT)."

A masterpiece is not mass produced. It is carefully crafted, intentional, and valuable. That is how God sees you. You are not an accident, a mistake, or a project He is still figuring out. In Christ, you are His workmanship, created anew for a purpose that was planned long before you were born: _*"We have become his poetry, a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny...Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it (Ephesians 2:10 TPT)!"*_

Knowing this changes how you live. You stop being apologetic about who you are and start walking in your divine purpose in Christ. Your past does not define you. Your seeming "failures" do not disqualify you. Remember that Christ didn't come to call the qualified but to qualify the called! God has recreated you in Christ for good works that only you can do. Walk confidently in your calling and vocation today. You are the expression of divine design and divine purpose. Praise God!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, thank You for making me Your masterpiece in Christ Jesus. I reject every lie of inferiority and step into the good works You planned for me long ago. I am created anew, and I walk in Your purpose, functioning in the boldness and power of the Spirit, in Jesus’ name, amen.

*Meditation*
*Psalm 139:14 NKJV*
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well.

*Isaiah 64:8 NKJV*
But now, O Lord, You are our Father; we are the clay, and You our potter; and all we are the work of Your hand.

*Jeremiah 1:5 NKJV*
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.

*Ephesians 2:10 AMPC*
For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].

*Being Diligent With Your Assignment*

_*"But now, there is nothing left for me to do in these regions, and I have wanted for many years to come to see you (Romans 15:23 GNT)."*_

The Apostle Paul wrote this after years of focused, intentional work. He had not wandered from city to city without purpose. He stayed on his assignment until the work in those regions was complete. That is diligence in a nutshell. It is finishing what God gave you to do without getting distracted by what looks bigger, easier, or more popular. Your assignment may not be as visible as Paul’s or as world changing as Jesus’, but it is significant to God. Whether it is serving in your local church, do it with diligence.

Jesus modelled diligence perfectly. He said in John 17:4 NKJV, _*“I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.”*_ He knew His assignment was to seek and save the lost, teach the Kingdom, and go to the cross. He did not let crowds, criticism, or comfort pull Him off course. He stayed diligent until it was finished. Has God called you to pray for your city? Do it with diligence and don't quit. Refuse to compare it to someone else’s. Stay faithful until you can say, “There is nothing left for me to do here.” God honors finishers. Praise God!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, thank You for giving me a clear assignment in Your kingdom. I receive grace to be diligent, focused, and faithful to finish the work You have given me, just as Jesus did. I will not quit or be distracted. I'm helped by Your Spirit to function effectively in my local church for the furtherance of the gospel, in Jesus’ name, amen.

*Meditation*
*John 17:4 NKJV*
I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.

*Colossians 4:17 NKJV*
And say to Archippus, “Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.”

*2 Timothy 4:7 NKJV*
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

*Your Name Influences Your Destiny*

"Please, let not my lord regard this scoundrel Nabal. For as his name is, so is he: Nabal is his name, and folly is with him. But I, your maidservant, did not see the young men of my lord whom you sent (1 Samuel 25:25 NKJV)."

Names are not random in the Bible. They carry meaning, expectation, and often point to destiny. Abigail recognized this when she said of her husband Nabal, _*“As his name is, so is he.”*_ Nabal means fool, and his life proved it. What you are called can shape how you think, how others treat you, and how your future pans out. Your name is the prophecy of your life. Don't hang on to a name because you don't believe that it's a factor to your success, particularly if it has a negative connotation.

God understands the power of a name. He changed Abram, meaning exalted father, to Abraham, father of many nations, because his name was standing in the way of his destiny. Jacob, meaning deceiver, wrestled with God until his name was changed to Israel, prince with God (Genesis 32:24-28). And Jesus means Jehovah saves. That name carries salvation, healing, and authority. Every time you call His name, you call upon His authority, nature and mission. If your name doesn't align with God's destiny for you, you could change it. Praise God!!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, thank You for having drawn my attention to the importance of bearing a name which aligns with your eternal word and destiny for me. I reject every negative label and choose to bear the name which aligns with Your divine will for me, in Jesus’ name, amen.

*Meditation*
*Genesis 17:5 NKJV*
No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations.

*Genesis 32:24-28 NKJV*
[24] Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man wrestled with him until the breaking of day. [25] Now when He saw that He did not prevail against him, He touched the socket of his hip; and the socket of Jacob’s hip was out of joint as He wrestled with him. [26] And He said, “Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said, “I will not let You go unless You bless me!” [27] So He said to him, “What is your name?” He said, “Jacob.” [28] And He said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed.”

*Matthew 1:21 NKJV*

*You Have Authority Over Unclean Spirits*

_*"And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease (Matthew 10:1 NKJV)."*_

Jesus did not keep authority to Himself. When He called His disciples, He gave them power over unclean spirits. That same authority belongs to you today through Christ. You are not defenseless against the enemy. You are not meant to live under oppression, fear, or torment. Jesus only needed to speak one word to the demoniac at Gadara: _*"...go (Matthew 8:32 NKJV)!"*_ And that was enough to exorcise (cast out) over six thousand demons!

Unclean (evil) spirits respond to authority, not to arguments. When you speak in the name of Jesus, heaven backs your word. Sickness, oppression, and demonic activity are programmed to bow to the name above every name—Jesus. Stop negotiating with what Jesus already defeated. Rise up in the authority He has given you and exercise it boldly through your words. Your family, your mind, and your environment are under your jurisdiction in Christ. Praise God!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, thank You for giving me authority over unclean spirits in the name of Jesus. I exercise that authority now. Every work of the enemy in my life, family, ministry and work is broken, and I constantly walk in health, freedom, and victory in every area of my life, in Jesus’ name, amen.

*Meditation*
*Luke 10:19 NKJV*
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

*Mark 16:17 NKJV_/*
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues.

*Refuse Sickness*

_*"Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed (1 Peter 2:24 NKJV)."*_

Sickness is the general feeling of being unwell. It’s subjective; how you feel when you’re not healthy. However, for the purpose of this study today, we shall use the word "Sickness" to infer any condition that distorts the physical and mental well-being of a person; be it disease, ailment, syndrome or infirmity. Sickness is incipient or gradual death. Beyond the discomfort, slight or severe pain, satan's purpose is to kill the victim (John 10:10a, Mark 9:22).

The origin of sickness is sin. And Jesus dealt with sin and sickness on the cross (1 Peter 2:24). Yet, satan enjoys afflicting people with sickness. Never be at home with any shade of it. James 4:7 says, *_"Resist the devil and he will flee from you."_* Jesus never tolerated sicknesses. He healed the young and old, men and women, and it didn't matter how long the condition had been; days or years. It also didn't matter how mild or severe; He healed them all. And He gave us authority to do the same. Hallelujah!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, thank You because Jesus dealt with sin—the origin of sickness—on the cross and by His stripes I have been healed. Therefore, I refuse to accept any form of sickness and disease in my body. By the authority of Christ given me to heal the sick, whenever I show up, sicknesses and diseases are expelled from their sufferers, in Jesus' name, amen.

*Meditation*
*Mark 16:17-18 NKJV*
[17] And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; [18] they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

*Matthew 10:1 NKJV*
And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.

*Acts 10:38 NKJV*

*"Let Us Go Again"*

"Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas, 'Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing (Acts 15:36 NKJV).'"

There comes a time when you must return to what God started through you. The Apostle Paul didn’t just move on to new cities and forget the people he had reached. He said, “Let us go again.” He understood that preaching the Word is one thing, but strengthening, encouraging, and following up on the reached is another. At the end of his proverbial "First Missionary Journey," Paul and Banarbas went back to visit the cities they had previously reached (Acts 14:21-22).

Faith needs follow up. Converts need discipleship in order to be well grounded in Christ. What God planted through you needs watering. You may have started a prayer habit, a business, a spiritual assignment, ministry or a strategic relationship with someone that has grown cold. The Spirit is saying, “Let us go again.” Go back and check on it. Go back and strengthen it. God is not done with what He began in you and through you. Don’t leave it half finished. Return with fresh grace and finish strong. Praise God!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, thank You for Your call to go again. I return to what You started in me with fresh grace and focus. I refuse to give up on your divine assignment for me. I will strengthen, build, and finish every assignment You have given me, in Jesus’ name, amen.

*Meditation*
*Acts 14:21-22 NKJV*
[21] And when they had preached the gospel to that city and made many disciples, they returned to Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch, [22] strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God.”

*Philippians 1:6 NKJV*
Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

*Galatians 6:9 NKJV*
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

*Set Your Mind On Things Above*

_*"If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth (Colossians 3:1-2 NKJV)."*_

Your mind is the control room of your life. What you set it on determines what you see, how you feel, and the direction you go. The Apostle Paul says because you were raised together with Christ, your focus must shift from transient earthly pursuits to heavenly realities. Christ is seated at the right hand of God, and that is where your attention belongs. 2 Peter 3:10 NKJV says, _*"...both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up."*_

Setting your mind on things above does not mean ignoring life. It means interpreting life from heaven’s perspective. When you think from your seated position in Christ, fear is disabled, challenges look small, and solutions manifest. Your mind was made to be renewed by the Word, not consumed by the news, public opinions, and earthly concerns. Jesus enjoins us to refuse to worry (Matthew 6:25-34). Lift your focus today. Let heaven set the tone for your day. Praise God!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, I set my mind on things above where Christ is seated. I refuse to be ruled by earthly concerns and distractions. My thoughts are aligned with Your Word and divine purpose for me, in Jesus’ name, amen.

*Meditation*
*Romans 8:6 NKJV*
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

*Philippians 4:8 NKJV*
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things.

*Your Supreme Authority In Christ*

_*"That was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him to the place of highest honor and supreme authority in the heavenly realm (Ephesians 1:20 TPT)!"*_

When God raised Jesus from the dead, He didn’t just restore Him. He exalted Him to the place of highest honour and supreme authority in the heavenly realm. That authority is not distant from you. Ephesians 2:6 tells us you were raised up together and seated with Him. That means the same authority that governs angels, demons, and every power is now working in you and through you. This is the authority that has been bequeathed to you in Christ (Ephesians 1:20-23).

You are neither powerless nor helpless. You are not at the mercy of situations and circumstances. In Christ, you have been given authority to speak, to decree, to bind, and to loose. The enemy, the devil, understands and respects authority. When you speak the Word in faith, heaven backs it up. Walk in the consciousness of your supreme authority in Christ. Use your words to rule your world. Refuse to beg where you are meant to command. Praise God!

*Boldly Declare*
Dear Father, thank You for raising Christ and exalting Him to supreme authority. I share in that authority through Him. As I speak to situations, they align with Your Word. I reign in life everyday through Christ Jesus, compelling circumstances to conform with Your divine purpose for me through my faith proclamations, in Jesus' name, amen.

*Meditation*
*Matthew 28:18-19 NKJV*
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Go therefore...

*Luke 10:19 NKJV*
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

*Ephesians 1:20-23 MSG*
All this energy issues from Christ: God raised him from death and set him on a throne in deep heaven, in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. And not just for the time being, but forever. He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything. At the center of all this, Christ rules the church. The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the church. The church is Christ’s body, in which he speaks and acts, by which he fills everything with his presence.
