In scripture, God’s design for marriage is a lifelong, covenant union between one man and one woman, characterized by leaving parents, joining together, and becoming "one flesh

Marriage is between One man and one woman:
Not Man to man or woman to woman not human and animal

A union between two individuals.
Marriage is the only institution you are giving certificate before you begin
