*THE WEDDING OF THE DIOCESAN VICE PRESIDENT*

The much anticipated day is here. The wedding of Bro. Samson Chimene Obiam Ph.D, the Port Harcourt Diocesan Block Rosary Crusade is *today 23rd August 2025* . Gabriel Catholic Church, Rumuosi begining with the 10am Mass.

Members are expected to be in the Mass and in their uniform. Deanery leaders are expected to pay their wedding levy.

We pray for journey mercy for all guest coming from far and near. We also hand over the wedding and the reception into the maternal care of our lady of the Holy Rosary.

WELCOME TO THE YEAR 2025

Good Morning Great people of God.

We graciously return all glory to God Almighty for preserving of our lives and bringing us the entire family of the Block Rosary Crusade of Port Harcourt Diocese into this New Year 2025.

To our beloved Chaplain, Rev. Msgr. Barinem Livy- Boniko, Executives, Patrons, Patronesses, Elders and well wishers levels of the crusade, we thank you for your contributions and supports.

The expiration of each day precedes a new beginning, which ushers new hopes in life and new aspirations and scopes. These motivates us to strive, just as the end of the year will definitely bring new cheers of the new year.

It's a branded new year of the Lord '2025' and we are glad to be witnesses to it.

We continue to encourage you to render your very best to the service to God and humanity and for progress of the Block Rosary Crusade of the Diocese.

Subsequently, we appeal that you consider what best to do for our Lady and her Crusade and be resolved to doing them for the common good and to the glory of God Almighty and honour of Our Lady of Fatima .

Sincerely, we pray that lines will fall in pleasant places for all of us as we welcome this year 2025 with hearts full of joy and gratitude to God Almighty.

Today, as the Mother Church celebrates the Solemnity of MARY MOTHER OF GOD, it is expedient of us, as members of the Block Rosary Crusade to rededicate our commitment and devotion to Our Lady's Immaculate Heart through which we shall succeed through out the new year as she remains the "Mary Mediatrix of All Graces".

At the Last Block Rosary Crusade Port Harcourt Diocese general meeting/ 2024 end of the year get together. We witnessed the Unveiling of the New Public Address system and the two trumpets newly acquired by the Diocesan Executive Council, Exchange of gifts, installation of a Patroness among other events.

*NOTICE OF THE LAST DIOCESE GENERAL MEETING TO MARK THE END OF 2024*

This is to remind us of the last general meeting/get together of the Port Harcourt Diocesan Block rosary crusade which is slated to hold on Sunday 1st December, 2024 Institute of West African (CIWA)Chaplaincy, Rumukurusi Deanery begining with 10am mass.

*N/B* the following information;

1. Attendance is opened to all but each deanery should send at least 10 delegates. Members are expected to be at begining of the mass by 10am prompt.(*No African Time*)
2. We are also encouraged to bring items for thanksgiving to appreciate the Lord for his goodness. While the host deanery is to make arrangement for Host and wine on behalf of the diocese.

3. *There will be exchange of gifts, and as such parish presidents are expected to encourage their members to come with gifts. The gift should such that you would wish to receive for yourself*.

4. Deanery presidents are reminded to come with the full written annual report of their deanery.

5. Deanery presidents are mandated to submit their Programs for next year.

Please treat as very important and inform others.
