# # JUSTICE FOR ALL
Are the words Sedition and Treasonable felony no longer part of Nigerian legal jurisprudence? The way our politicians are behaving and also speaking without restraint calls for immediate check.
Yes, it is seditious and treasonable to deny a Governor access to his legitimate duty. It is even worse for a State to be denied/blocked from her right to fair share of revenue in a federation. Justice is for all and it is time for citizens to take over what belongs to them.
The Supreme Court judgement in the case of Rivers State did not envisage the present standoff. Therefore, The President and National Assembly must act fast to avert further breakdown of law and order in Rivers State. Leaving this in the hands of the citizens alone will be an indirect call for anarchy. If Rivers people have lost the equity let her not lose justice totally so that peace may reign again.
