Intense Praise, Heartfelt Worship and Prayers charged the atmosphere, as God's word was delivered with unusual clarity and precision.

We had a time of unusual refreshing and outpouring of God's Spirit at our services today at Teens' Church, Winnerschapelphc.

Every encounter with the Holy Spirit causes an unmistakable change in the life of an individual and has the potential to impact generations after him.

HOW TO PRAY?

Text: Luke 11:1-4

Jesus thought his disciples on how to pray effectively. We must understand that unanswered prayers isn't the fault of a deaf or weary God but certain things or procedures are taken to ensure answers on the altar of prayer.

We must be born again!!! Being born again(New birth) guarantees us unlimited access to the throne of God. His hands are not too short, nor his eyes blind but our iniquity (sins) has hindered us from accessing our heavenly Father.

We must walk in the fear of God and believe (to have the consciousness) that our prayers has been answered.

PERSIST IN THANKSGIVING!

The way you sustain your encounters at Shiloh is by thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving should not be a one-off, it should be a lifestyle.
If you believe God has answered you, you will give him thanks!

For Example, you've asked God for success in your WAEC exams on Sunday. And you were specific.
You asked for 4 As and so on.
The days that follow are the days you give him thanks, because of the assurance that you have received it.

Your expectation will not happen, if you disconnect from the source. The way you disconnect from the source is by failing to give thanks.
Persist in Thanksgiving!
Abraham was strong in faith, giving glory to God, before he received Isaac (Romans 4:17-20).
