• Revelation 4:10 ‘They lay their crowns before
the throne…’
They were deferring honour to God to
whom all honour is due.
It was a spontaneous reaction in the presence of God who carries the final
authority..

HOW TO LAY DOWN YOUR CROWN: We need to get to that point where we are so
moved by what God has done for us that we
spontaneously lay down our crowns before
Him through
1) worshipping humbly before Him. Psalm 95 vrs 6
2) honour God with your substance....1chronicles 29 vrs 14
3)Let God's will prevail Over our's. Matthew 6 vrs 10.
In conclusion : Jesus Christ Himself laid down His crown for us and took on a crown of thorns, how much
more should we not be ready to lay down our
crowns for Him? • Ultimately our very lives should be an act of
worship.
