On the first of May 2023, the Rivers family of young adults came together a time of worship l word l connect and competition at the regional church JESUS HOUSE (Region 35 HQ) it was an awesome time of Joy, transformation and good deeds which the YP10 RCCG Youth Province 10 Ushers and other province ushers worked with other departments in Harmony and strength to make the program a success.

On the 30th of April, 2023, we had our MENTAL HEALTH seminar where Pastor Dr. Olusanya E. Olayinka a mental and occupational health practitioner opened our eyes to the benefits of understanding our mental health, it's effects and how to go about regaining our sanity, it was a special time for ushers of YP10.

The PHU encouraged us on the need for RCCG Youth Province 10 Ushers to improve their diligence and faithfulness towards the beautiful work of God and service to humanity, he also spoke on our need for uniforms and programs.

The World Health Organization (WHO) conceptualizes mental health as a “state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”.

Come sunday 30/04/2023, Dr Olayinka E. Olusanya ( Mental and occupational health practitioner) will be speaking to the RCCG Youth Province 10 Ushers on Mental health.

In our society and church right now we to know more about our mental health, it's challenges and solutions.
