Matthew 5:3
Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
it's worrisome that many christians are ignorant of the above bible verse, it's erroneous belief that one must be poor physically on earth to earn God's kingdom, that's isn't true about God and not is nature, remember, He has good plans for us and he wants us to enjoy the riches of his Glory. Honestly speaking, one can't serve God effectively in a state of penury or extreme poverty.
who is this man that is highly favored and honored by divine Grace? am glad to tell you is A MAN THAT IS POOR IN SPIRIT.
Being poor in spirit is when a man greatly depends on God for all his provisions, his sustainability, a man that sees himself as nothing without his Creator, he continues begging God time to time for everything, A rich man can be poor in spirit when he sees God as giver of everything.
A man that has everything but clothe himself with humility and not garment of pride.
A man that has no will of his own but lost in the will of God. He places God will above everything.. he says thy will be done difficult situations. matt 26:42
A man that is poor in spirit sees God as his sufficiency while he sees himself lacking in competency.
Is a man that listen and hearken to God's instructions in all circumstances , he pleases God in all kind of weather rather than listening and obeying man..
A man that is poor in spirit will never looked for shortcut to success, will never plus it, will never defraud people of their earnings, will never do ritual to satisfy his insatiable needs, he won't hurry season but patiently waiting for God's time.
Is a man or woman that won't cheat in exams, that won't trade her body for temporary pleasure
A man that is poor in spirit will always work in righteousness atmosphere, a man that's diligent in his work,
A man that is poor in spirit will ask God for comfort in distress, joy when the situation is not palatable, peace in crisis, emotional stability and so on.
A man that is poor in spirit seeks God's protection and guidance over his life. he keep on seeking refuge and strength in the lord of host Psalm 46:1
A man that's poor in spirit is a man that depends and reckon with supernatural supply to meet physical needs
A man that is poor in spirit will continually asking God for wisdom in addressing all issues, he won't depend on his own understanding in decision making, he continuously acquiring God's knowledge and not that of the world
A man that is poor in spirit will always put his Hope in God and not in man that failest, he trust God that all things are possible with him and by him, he anchors his faith in God of possibilities.
A man that is poor in spirit will enquiry of the lord before taking any action.. 1sam 30:8
A man that always thankful to get more.
A man that is poor in spirit will always be found in the presence of God begging for one thing or the other, A man that never tired and ashamed of begging God.

let it be known to you that a man that is poor in spirit enjoys, heaven on earth and all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 1:3.
A man must be clothe in righteousness, he must deny lust of flesh and pride of life before he can gain access to kingdom's heritage. the bible says: seek ye the kingdom of God first and his righteousness and other things shall be added. repent now and follow after righteousness.
