DESTINY DISCOVERY

AT THE APPOINTED TIME !

Everything (everyone) in life has its (his or her) season & appointed time.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 says: "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

Habakkuk 2:2-3 also says: And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Beloved, note that everyone's appointed time or season differs as scheduled by God:

~ We were not all born the same time & day. We shall not all die the same time & day.

~ We did not all start school the same time & day. We will not all graduate the same time & day.

~ We did not all get married the same time & day. We will not all give birth to children the same time & day (even if we get married the same day).

Beloved, stop comparing yourself with another. Stop giving yourself headache on another man's appointed time in life. Oh, my mate has made it. My mate is married with children. May mate has gone far, but you forgot that some of your mate have gone insane & some are dead. ( God have mercy).

The fact that you are still alive is a pointer to the fact that God is not through with you here on earth. Keep focus, be diligent, pursue your vision, hold on to God & very soon, your appointed time will come.

Genesis 18:14 says: "Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son."

I have a Good news for you: You shall soon have that thing you are trusting God for.

However, there is an appointed time & day you don't have to miss as a matter of urgency. It is today. Today is your day of Salvation. Please surrender your life to Jesus, in case you haven't done so.

BE ENCOURAGED !

Hear This: "Until you encourage yourself in the Lord, you cannot overcome the challenges of life"

Life is full of so many challenging and discouraging situations. Such as: Joblessness, barrenness, delay in getting married, delay in promotion, poverty, sicknesses, rejection, failure & all manner of ills.

Beloved, don't be discouraged. Let's learn a lesson from the life of David in the scenario below.

And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God. (1 Samuel 30:6).

1 Samuel 30 reveals to us how David's Kingdom was invaded by the Amalekites and the people taken captives. In the process, the people that were left with David became grieved and wanted to stone him.

David became distressed and discouraged by the happenings & the action of the people. In fact, he also wept with the people seeing the unexpected and unfortunate situation.

However, David's hope came alive when he encouraged himself in the Lord. He sought the face of God and got the solution to the challenge.

The question therefore is: How do I get encouraged in the midst of the challenges of life?

~ Seek the face of God in prayer so as to know what next to do (Proverbs 8:17).

~ Encourage yourself in the word of God. Listen to what God is saying in His word. For instance:
Deuteronomy 31:8 says: "And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.

~ Be in the midst of encouragers and not discouragers. (Fellowship with God & the brethren) Hebrews 10:25.

~ No matter, the matter, refuse to be disconnected from the one (God) that matters ( Daniel 3:15-18).

~ Don't compromise your faith. Don't give up on God. Don't go back to the world ( I John 2:15)

~ Be hopeful, joyful and thankful ( I Thessalonians 5:18).

Always Remember This: "The Best way to encourage yourself in the Lord is to seek the face of God in your challenges"

I Pray for you: As you continue in the journey of life, you will overtake and recover all.

DESTINY DISCOVERY

I BELIEVE IT !

Hear This: "What you believe is what you will be & live to become".

To believe the word of God for your life is to live according to the word of God & become who & what God wants you to be.

John 3:16-18 says: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

What is your believe?

~ I believe in Jesus. He is my Lord & personal Saviour (Romans 10:9-11).

~ I believe in Holiness. I live by the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Cor 5:21).

~ I believe in Miracles because all power in Heaven & on earth belong to Christ (Acts 10:38).

~ I believe in giving generously to the course of God & humanity ( Luke 6:38)

~ I believe in Prosperity because God has delight in my prosperity (Psalms 35:27)

~ I believe that with the stripes of Jesus, I am healed (1 Peter 2:24)

~ I believe I shall not die but live to declare the works of God (Psalms 118:17)

~ I believe everything is working together for my good (Romans 8:28)

~ I believe Christ has given me power to subdue the power of the devil (Luke 10:19)

~ I believe that Heaven is real & hell is real. And that I'm a candidate of Heaven (John 14:1-3)

~ I believe that as I go forth from today, goodness & mercy shall follow me (Psalms 23:6)

~ I believe that as you read this write up (message) today, those good things God has written concerning your life shall come to fulfilment in Jesus name.

SHALOM BELOVED!

THIS IS NOTEWORTHY:

Having lots of money, driving good cars and owning houses does not mean that someone has fulfilled his or her Destiny because all those things are for the fellow's pleasure.

Destiny is not measured by how much money you have or how powerful you become, it is measured by the degree to which you are doing the will of God for your life.

Beloved, it is good to be rich, famous, and powerful, but even when those things come, you will still not be fulfilled unless you do the will of God. Don't chase shadows, chase God's calling for your life.
