Wedding Solemnization of Pastor Daniel Enyinnaya Odum and Sis. Blessing Nwuche

This 10th May 2026, the holy union between Pastor Daniel Enyinnaya Odum and Sis. Blessing Nwuche was solemnized by Pastor Solomon Odinyebuchi Okonu, President - PHWC, at Seventh-day Adventist Church, Rumuokurushi.

The occasion was richly graced by the presence of distinguished church leaders, including Pastor Samuel Iruolor, President - PHEC; Pastor Alvin Ikeocha, PHWC Executive Secretary; Pastor Richard Woke, PHWC Ministerial Secretary; Pastor Uzoma Sunday, PHWC Family Ministries Director; Pastor Tombari Kpenu, PHWC Executive Treasurer; Pastor Splendour Agbam, Elder Onyekachi Uwaoma(Head Elder Rumuokurushi, Church) alongside several directors, Pastors, Family members, Friends, and well-wishers.

In a significant moment during the wedding, the new Shepherdess, Sis. Blessing Odum, was officially inducted into the PHWC, ENUC and WAD Shepherdess Family by Shepherdess Chigonim Okonu and Shepherdess Ellen Chinwemeri Iruolor.

It is worthy of note that Pastor Daniel Odum currently serves as the Lead Pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Krakrama, in Degema District. Also present at the occasion was the District Leader, Pastor Ernest C Nwoko, who doubles as PHWC Global/Riverine Mission Director.

Indeed, it was a joyful and memorable celebration, all to the glory of God.

Congratulations to Pastor and Shepherdess Daniel Odum.

May God richly bless your home, ministry, and journey together with love, peace, and divine grace. Amen

Believing the Truth

Key Text: John 11:8–11

In a deeply inspiring message, the guest preacher reflected on the powerful account of Lazarus in John chapter 11. Though Lazarus had been dead for four days, Jesus visited and transformed what seemed like a hopeless situation—turning death into life and despair into testimony.

Drawing from John 11:25–26, the preacher reminded the congregation of Christ’s assurance:

“I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.”

With this truth, he encouraged the young church to remain steadfast in faith. Just as Jesus showed up for Lazarus at the appointed time, God will surely visit His people—granting victory, growth, and establishment both individually and as a church. He affirmed that in due season, God will make a way for the church to secure a permanent place of worship.

To the glory of God, the worship service ended on a note of joyful praise and was further blessed by the presence of a Bible friend. Amen
