It's a time where we come together as one people and family to honor the savior Jesus Christ, remember Him and ask for the Holy spirit to be with us at all time.
The savior Jesus Christ taught " If ye love me keep my commandment " . This is one of the commandments of God that we honor and keep the sabbath day holy.
