Sunnah
Ghusl - 1

غسل‎

There are five aspects that make it obligatory for a person to have a bath, and they are as follows;

1. The ej*******on of s***m from it's place with lust.
2. To have a wet dream. Meaning nocturnal emission that is the releasing of s***m whilst sleeping.
3. The head of the p***s to enter the va**na, whether it be with or without lust, with or without or**sm, the bathing would be obligatory on both.
4. To become clean from menstrual pause (period).
5. To become clean from blood after child birth.

If s***m was ej******ed from it's place but not due to lust, i.e. it was done by lifting a heavy load or falling from a height, then to bathe is not obligatory, however, the ablution is broken.

If semen dropped but was very thin and it came out whilst urinating or on it's own accord without lust then the bath does not become necessary but the ablution will break.

Fardh (Compulsory) Aspects In Ghusl
1. To wash the mouth thoroughly making sure water reaches the throat and between the teeth, gums under the tongue etc.
2. To rinse the nostril up to the soft bone making sure every hair is wet.
3. To wash all the body making sure no hair is left dry including the hair of the head.

Angels Do Not Enter The House
'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said that, 'Angels do not enter a house which has pictures (of living beings), dogs or the impure (junub).'
We should keep our homes free from pictures as the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) disliked them.
Ghusl For Women
Mother of the believers Umme Salma (may Allah be pleased with him) said that, 'Umme Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with him) told the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) that Allah (The Exalted) is not shy of speaking the truth, therefore I ask you, is it necessary for women to take ghusl if they have a notural emission'' The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless....

Keeping beard is Wajib (mandatory) for all men. To keep beard is a Sunnah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). All the prophets and companions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had beard. There has been evidence from the Sunnah and unanimous opinion of the scholars of Islam that it is mandatory to keep beard.

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “He who starts a good Sunnah (way) will be rewarded for it, in addition to receiving rewards equal into it. Whereas he who starts a bad Sunnah will be burdened with it, in addition to receiving burdens equal to burdens of those who follow him into it,” (Muslim).
Shaving beard is clearly violation of Islamic principles. Firstly, it is the disobedience to Allah. Secondly, it is also disobedience to the messenger of Allah. In many Hadiths the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) commanded men to grow their beards.
There are various hadiths which prove that growing beard is mandatory for all men. “Trim the moustache and leave the beard,” (Al Bukhari and Muslim). It is noteworthy that obeying Messenger in that is equivalent obeying Allah. The glorious Quran says, “He who obeys Messenger had indeed obeyed Allah.” The Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to have large beard, we as Muslims should imitate him in his practices. Quran says that, “In the messenger of Allah is good example for you to follow.”
Beard is a 24/7 Sunnah you are carrying with yourself. By keeping beard you look different from disbelievers, this has been emphasized in various Hadiths of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for instance said, “Cut your moustaches and leave your beards. Be different from the people of scripture,” (Muslim). Also, it is mentioned in Al Bukhari that, “Be different from the disbelievers, trim your moustaches and leave your beards.”
The beard is a major difference between men and women, by shaving beard it is imitating women. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Allah curses.....
