We thank God for bringing us to the last Sunday of this year. As we gather to worship in His holy sanctuary, I pray that the Spirit of the Almighty God will rest mightily upon you.

May the Lord

SECURE your blessings for the coming year, so that nothing shall be lost, stolen, or delayed.

UNLOCK every door of opportunity that the enemy has shut against your destiny.

NEUTRALIZE every demonic spell, enchantment, and negative decree working against your life and household.

DECORATE you with glory and honour, causing you to be celebrated where you were once tolerated.

ACTIVATE every dormant potential and divine gift that will lift you to greater heights and greater impact.

Cause every element—spiritual and physical—to YIELD in obedience to the authority God has given you in Christ.

May you end this year strong and enter the new year empowered, positioned, and preserved.

All these I declare and pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.

PROGRAMMING, PREPARING AND POSITIONING FOR 2026

Before you enter 2026, program your mind, prepare yourself, and position your life to maximize the blessings embedded in the year. Do not step into a new season casually or blindly. Scripture makes it clear that seasons respond to readiness, not to wishes.

PROGRAM YOUR MIND
Programming your mind means renewing your thinking according to God’s Word and aligning your expectations with His truth. A new year without a renewed mind will only reproduce old results. God’s blessings often require a new way of thinking before they can be manifested.
The Bible says, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). Until your mind is renewed, your life cannot be repositioned. What you believe determines how you perceive opportunities and respond to divine instructions.
Joshua was told, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night… for then you will make your way prosperous” (Joshua 1:8). Prosperity followed programmed thinking rooted in God’s Word.
As you approach 2026, remove fear, doubt, and negative expectations, and replace them with faith, hope, and confidence in God’s promises.

PREPARE YOURSELF
Preparation is both spiritual and practical. God may promise abundance, but without preparation, the blessing can become a burden. Joseph’s rise in Egypt was sustained because preparation preceded manifestation.
Scripture says, “Prepare your outside work, make it fit for yourself in the field; and afterward build your house” (Proverbs 24:27). Preparation establishes order before increase.
Jesus also taught this principle: “Which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost?” (Luke 14:28).
Spiritually, preparation involves prayer, consecration, obedience, and discipline. Amos 4:12 says, “Prepare to meet your God.” When you are spiritually prepared, you can discern divine timing and respond accurately to God’s instructions in the new season.

POSITION YOUR LIFE
Positioning is aligning your life with divine order. God’s blessings are released in specific locations, instructions, and alignments. Being gifted is not enough; you must be rightly positioned.
Isaac was blessed not merely because of the promise, but because he stayed where God instructed him. “Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you” (Genesis 26:3). Obedience determined his positioning.
The Psalmist declares, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly… but his delight is in the law of the LORD” (Psalm 1:1–3). Right positioning leads to fruitfulness in every season.
Position your life by aligning your relationships, commitments, priorities, and decisions with God’s will. Where you stand spiritually and morally will determine what you can access in 2026.

CONCLUSION
Do not enter 2026 blindly. Enter with clarity, preparation, and divine alignment. The Bible reminds us, “See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time” (Ephesians 5:15–16).
As you program your mind, prepare your life, and position yourself correctly, you will not only enter 2026—you will maximize the blessings God has ordained for you in that season.

A GENERATION WITH ANSWERS BUT WITHOUT GOD

2 Chronicles 15:3-4
“For a long time Israel had been without the true God, without a teaching priest, and without law; but when in their trouble they turned to the LORD God of Israel, and sought Him, He was found by them.”

A DISTURBING SPIRITUAL CONDITION
The Scripture reveals a tragic but instructive reality: Israel existed for a long time in spiritual deficiency. Three critical absences defined their condition:
• Without the true God – Religion existed but there is no authentic relationship with the true God. not without religion,
• Without a teaching priest – there are leaders but those who can adequately teach sound doctrinal instruction was missing.
• Without the law – God’s revealed Word was no longer the governing authority for life and conduct.
This shows that a nation can be religiously active yet spiritually empty. Altars may exist, sacrifices may be offered, but truth may be absent.
Hosea 4:6 – “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…”

TROUBLE AS A CATALYST, NOT A CURE
Verse 4 states that trouble drove them to seek the Lord, and God responded. This reveals an important truth:
God, in His mercy, answers cries for help—even when people lack full knowledge of Him.
However, this must be properly understood that receiving answer to prayer is not the ultimate proof of God’s presence. Divine intervention in crisis does not automatically equal spiritual health. God often responds to desperation out of mercy, not endorsement.
Psalm 107:19–20 – “Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and He saved them…”
God’s response was real, but the root problem remained unresolved.

THE DANGER OF ANSWERED PRAYERS WITHOUT TRUE KNOWLEDGE
Israel’s problem was not that God could not be found—but that God was not known.
This distinction is critical:
• Finding God in crisis is different from knowing God in covenant.
• Experiencing God’s power is different from walking in God’s truth.

When there is no teaching priest, people:
• Interpret God based on experiences rather than Scripture.
• Build theology around miracles instead of truth.
• Substitute emotional encounters for doctrinal foundation.

Romans 10:2 – “For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.”

A REPLICATION IN OUR GENERATION
What happened in Israel is being reproduced in our time. Today, people pray with all fervency and receive answers leading to testimony of miracles and breakthroughs but they lack accurate knowledge of the true God. Why?
👉A shortage of teaching priests—leaders grounded in Scripture, rightly dividing the Word.
👉An emphasis on results over righteousness.
👉A celebration of power without doctrine.

Amos 8:11 – “Behold, the days are coming… that I will send a famine on the land, not a famine of bread, but of hearing the words of the LORD.”

The Church risks raising believers who know what God can do but do not know who God is.

GOD’S DESIGN: TRUTH, TEACHING, and TRANSFORMATION
God never intended His people to live on crisis-driven encounters alone. His design includes:
• Knowing the true God – revealed accurately through the Scripture.
• Teaching priests – leaders committed to sound doctrine (2 Timothy 2:15).
• The law (Word) – governing belief, conduct, and worship.
John 8:31–32 – “If you abide in My word… you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Freedom is sustained by truth, not by occasional deliverance.

CONCLUSION
The lesson of 2 Chronicles 15:3–4 is clear:
God may answer prayer in trouble, but only truth preserves relationship with Him.
Mercy of God can rescue man from trouble but knowledge establishes him in God.
Miracles may attract crowd but teaching makes spiritual maturity possible.
The Church must therefore return to:
👉Sound biblical teaching.
👉Accurate representation of God’s character.
👉Raising believers who know God, not just His acts.
Jeremiah 9:23–24 – “…let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows Me…”
