Conflict Resolution Among Ministers
All gospel ministers who serve God under the banner of any ministry faithfully are in the 'help ministry'.
They will be rewarded by God, not the church or the overseer.
Whenever an overseer acts within the limits of his knowledge of ministry, faithfully, honestly and sincerely and his actions become inadvertently unpleasant to te help minister, the help minister should quietly and patiently overcome his travails through prayer .
One thing I observed from ministerial work is this, for instance, if the board or council of ministers meets and agrees to have only services on Sundays and do not have weekly services like special Bible study or prayer meeting, the Holy Spirit will work with them within the time frame of Sunday service but if a member opposes the arrangement and blackmails the church leadership, immediately the Lord will see him or her as a rebel and someone who resists authority. Likewise if church authority sets time of worship to 2:30 pm on Sunday as it operates in some countries and a member opposes it, claiming that service should start by 8 am, he/she is a rebel in the sight of the Lord.
Again, the devil is wiser and more subtle than any believer or non believer, he opposes any arrangement put in place by God especially marriage and the Church of Jesus Christ. The only way he can harm the work of God is to bring disagreement that will degenerate into to grudge, malice, unforgiveness etc. Once we cannot discern that the enemy is at work when there is a rift between the leader and the led, the enemy gains while the Kingdom of God loses out.
In a situation like that, the led should submit to the leader even if he's acting in error. 1 Peter 5:5, 1 Timothy 5:1
Finally, if the help minister is 'outshining' his mentor, again the devil may use the leader against the led, the led must still submit in humility because fathers are always fathers. The main reason the leader may persecute the led is because of 'rising glory and anointing ' deposited in the help minister because the anointing attracts persecution as seen in the life of David. Immediately, he was anointed by Samuel, he became a target for Saul, while he was caring for sheep in the bush, Saul didn't notice him.

There may be disagreement between ministers in the course of doing God's work but the Lord expects both the persecutor and the persecuted to eschew bitterness, grudge, malice, unforgiveness and rebellion, otherwise our adversary will hit us below the belt.
The above points are my practical experiences, so let us not castigate our fathers of faith under any guise, because the phrase, 'touch not my anointed' is strong
Heaven should be our goal not the greatness of ministry or competition, do the little you are empowered and graced to do FAITHFULLY not SUCCESSFULLY and enter into glory.
